“Carollo’s little Italy is awesome everything we have ever gotten there is great. All the chicken, pasta and seafood dishes are great. We Also love the mussels in red sauce and the bruschetta was the best we ever had. The staff is so nice and friendly and do an awesome job.“

“I have been very pleased with this restaurant in Mays Landing, saw this was in Moorestown while in the area, and stopped in for lunch. It wasn’t easy to find with GPS. It’s closer to Boscov’s, but GOS had me on the other end of the mall. The salad is really special , fresh and delish. I had sandwich like a cheesesteak with eggplant in it. I really like the idea of that better than the actual sandwich but it was good - not greats. I would come back to try some other options on the menu.“

“They hosted a party of 20 for us in their private room. We called yesterday on short notice. It was perfect. The food was delicious and served timely. Service was great and they kept our area really clean as we used the space. They even let us light a candle and sing to my daughter. Thank you so much for making our afternoon so enjoyable. We will be back!“

FOOD:
Already from previous reviews we knew we were getting the cheesesteak, which was PHENOMENAL. It had a creamy cheesi-ness to it, but not the fake stuff. All well quality cheeses that enveloped the ribeye spectacularly.

The pizza was just as tasty and look at that sturdy hold! It did have a lot of balsamic, just FYI if you find that intense. That being said, the freshness of the arugula and prosciutto was delicate against the crunch of the pizza. I highly reccomend adding some red pepper flakes to give it a nice bite!

The truffle fries were well coated and not drenched in a crazy ton of oil like some other places I've had. Parmesan distrubted evenly on the fries, and what a heaping amount for the price! (FYI- will be charged for cheese sauce with it- but also worth it).

Let me tell you about the cannoli cake and espresso though. The sponge was delicate and airy, the cannoli cream smooth and rich, but not so over powerful that it took over the sponge. The espresso, rich, with wonderful depth but not bitter and overly roasted, just beautiful.

The service was also just as amazing. We brought some prosecco which they opened and provided us glasses for.

Can't wait to return to this gem!

“Wonderful Italian family restaurant. Went for our 43rd anniversary. We changed the number of people when we got there and they were very accommodating. Food was excellent. We started with appetizers, fried calamari with marinara sauce for dipping, they kept coming back and apologizing because they were cutting fresh calamari and we said no problem! It was fantastic! Also had shrimp with broccoli rabe and canelli beans, also great.
My main course was Costa Smeralda, Veal sauteed with crabmeat and mushrooms in a lobster sauce. And a side of Pasta Puttanescca both delicious. Portions were very generous and we were so full we skipped dessert! Definitely recommend Fieni's Ristorante!“

“We went to Illiano Cucina Mediterranea for our graduation dinner. We had reservations for 20 people at 4:30 but we had a small family emergency. That being said I was able to call and move our reservation to a later time and we were still able to celebrate my son and niece's graduation with family and friends. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly and the fact they were able to still accommodate us after our emergency was awesome!! The food came out quickly and our server Eloise (sorry if misspelled) went over and beyond. It was a lot of us and she served us without any attitude, went above and beyond making sure our food and drinks were good and she was just absolutely pleasant. There was about 15 of us and we ordered a lot of food and our bill was way cheaper than we expected. We did go at lunch but the dinner prices were not that much different. Taken from your website, Mitchell's Steakhouse enforces a strict upscale dress code. We do not allow beachwear, gym attire including sweatpants, sweatshirts or hoodies. Athletic apparel, jerseys, hats, beanies, bandanas, ball caps, oversized or baggy clothing, tank tops, and sleeveless shirts are prohibited. No excessively revealing clothing will be allowed. Clothing emitting offensive odors is not permitted to be worn anywhere on the property. This is not a true statement nor policy. Considering the fact that the gentleman at the next table over went outside and smoked marijuana and came back and sat next to me smelling like a skunk. Then there's the service aspect. I honestly could have eaten a full meal across the street in the time it is taking to get my filet, 72 minutes and still counting. Finally, having to wait almost 28 minutes just to have a refreshment, doesn't speak to any award winning experience that I've ever had.
