“This is my favorite Panera. Very cozy with good service. The coffee is the best coffee of all the local Paneras that we have visited. **Today we were a bit disappointed because we wanted the Mediterranean Warm bowl. Of all of the warm bowls they were sold out of all but the teriyaki one. My husband got that one and I settled for a sandwich. It was only 12:55 pm and most of the warm bowls were already sold out! The saving grace though was the very cheerful and helpful manager there that we have experienced before. She put fresh coffee on, and got our cups for us and was so nice that I went away feeling a bit better about the whole experience.“

“We booked this for Valentine's Day evening. We are visiting from the northeast. We had the prefix menu and everything they served us was exquisite. Service was impeccable and it was very romantic. It's not in the very best of neighborhoods, but the building itself is stunningly gorgeous, and the interior even more so.“

The portions were very hearty, flavorful and Definately worth the price.. the pineapple ginger home made brew box was amazing. With this heat it cooled us down. The shrimply the best tacos, which was originally on a tostada last summer, was just as amazing, but didn’t sit as heavy as a tostada. Love the move to a light tortilla. The Mexi-Avo toast was so filling and the flavors melted together so nicely. Don’t forget the decor inside is so cozy, boho/havana vibe and perfect for a date or girl’s brunch. 10/10“

The desi breakfast bowl on the other hand had some real kick and I absolutely loved it. Such unique flavors that you don’t see anywhere else. Will definitely be returning to try other dishes!“

After I ordered, I made my way to the eating area, which was bright, airy and clean. Service was very fast and I had my (absolutely delicious) latte in just a couple minutes.

The cake prices are actually super reasonable for what you get as well. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, you’ve got to come here. I wish I lived closer, because I would come here much more often! They do offer savory bites as well, which I’ll try next time 😋“

“Boxwood Cafe is a gem! The owner has created a high quality coffee shop and the employees are very friendly. I like to stop by for a latte and a baked good (scone, cookie, or blueberry bar) and sit outside at one of the side tables. Pre-Covid, they hosted open mic night and quiz night every month. Now Steve hosts a monthly Zoom Quiz Night and it is so much fun! A great locally owned cafe.“

Feels like a hidden gem- no fuss, very reasonable prices, great quality, good assortment of pastries and beverages, gentle music, clean bathroom, and clearly a local favorite based on the customers we saw there. The staff also pays great attention to detail and are so friendly and kind.“

“In addition to the tasty toasts and healthy smoothies -- with many diverse offerings and flavor profiles -- I loved the service more than anything.

The one item we didn't completely love when we went was our chai. Like many western chais, this one was too sweet. (To me, once it's that sweet, you lose all those aromatic notes of the ginger and cinnamon, but that's beside the point).

When I approached the workers with our feelings on the drink, they were quick to make a change without charging us. They completely remade the drink with less syrup, and it made a huge difference.

So, we we will definitely be back for a second visit! It's a great atmosphere, with fun options, and a helpful staff. Remaking that drink was really nice and showed they will do what's in their power to make your experience the best it can be.“
