“Today was my first time at blazin flavorz and I got the buffalo chicken baked potato later. I also had got the glaze cinnamon pretzel bites and I also hate a strawberry cheesecake funnel cake and everything was on point. I recommend y’all take and check them out. “Tried this hidden gem in O’Fallon, MO for the first time for Free Pretzel Day and honestly these have been the best pretzels I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back to try more of their delicious looking menu items. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming, it felt like I walked into a family member’s house with how happy they were to see us. This type of authenticity is not common nowadays so I’d definitely recommend Philly Pretzel Factory 🥰“

“I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

“This location is unique in my opinion. And I like it!A few things to note. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere. Order from here.When I first looked at the building. I didn't know it was Auntie Anne’s location. I almost passed on going in until I saw someone walk out with a bag of their pretzels. So, with that being said—It looks like they are closed (even on the days they are open — weekends only — please check Auntie Anne’s for correct hours or any updates).When you walk inside you will see no pretzels on display. Which, is fine. This is where the patience comes into play because the pretzels are made to order!!!I've been a few times since my first visit and it took them only 7-10 minutes to hand me my hot and fresh pretzel!!! I've enjoyed them every single time. No complaints! I prefer it that way instead of having the pretzels sit out over a heated light to stay warm all day.The consistency of the pretzel taste is there. However, my only issue is that I **believe** the pretzels are thinner (still doughy but not as thick) compared to other locations like the mall or airport.Other than that. The staff is very kind! and also ready to take your once you approach the counter.I will visit them every time I'm in the area and craving an Auntie Anne’s pretzel.“

“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. “Auntie Ann's usually earns a five-star rating from me, but I'm compelled to raise a serious concern about this particular location inside Walmart, where I've enjoyed their pretzels for years. Recently, over the last two months, I've noticed a soapy taste to the pretzels. This isn't a one-off; it's happened more than once, and my palate is quite sensitive—I can discern individual ingredients in my food. Could someone from this store or from Auntie Ann's corporate office please investigate? I wouldn't normally take the time to write about this, but it's become distressing as it's now affecting my enjoyment of what used to be a favorite treat.“
