“My family and I vacation in Stone Harbor every June and September and our goal is to visit every brewery in Cape May County. We stopped here today for the first time. We were NOT disappointed and it was unanimously our favorite stop of the day! Drink-wise, there was something for everyone, which is hard to accomplish in our family (sours, shandies, radlers, and German-style beers are our favorites!) The food was amazing, especially the pretzel and brisket cheesesteak! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was perfect. We will DEFINITELY return!”

They sell homemade ice cream cake along with all kinds of specialty ice cream and ice cream desserts! We are so excited when they open for the season and so sad when they close for the winter! The ice cream cake is truly heavenly And the price is amazing for what you receive. They are the best in our area. ♥️🎉🧜🏻‍♀️🍦”

“This place is a gem! Made to order fresh food, excellent coffee and healthy options like juices and smoothies. I had the BLT with Avocado which was delicious. Bacon was crispy and the avocado was super fresh. Also ordered a green juice and a latte. Both were perfect. Will definitely be going back.”

“I would pass this boutique bake shop during my travels and always wanted to stop by. Well this Summer I did and I must say…….I was very pleased! I ordered a slice of homemade cheesecake (peaches and cream) and it was decadent/to die for! My only disappointment was that I didn’t purchase multiple slices or an entire cake. About a 30 minute drive from my home, this place is definitely the Gem of Tuckahoe. I highly recommend. I rate them a 20/10. Can’t wait to revisit to try their other seasonal flavors.”

The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is just as excellent. This cozy spot is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. The chipped beef, in particular, is absolutely outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommended!”

“We have been coming for more than 30 years My husband thinks they are the best donuts ever ( aside from the ones his mother used to make!) We now bring our grandchildren on our way to the shore and usually time our trip so we can get to “Froggy’s” before they sell out of the donuts. I love the cinnamon raisin bread as much as my husband loves the donuts Ou husky Boris was a grateful consumer of day- old donuts as well A family legend”

“Baked by the Ocean made cookies for the football team for after practice a few weeks ago and my kids keep asking when they are making them again. They ask almost everyday to stop at the bakery it’s their favorite. They are also super super friendly. We’ve always had wonderful experiences going there.”

“Hello again culinary aficionados. Today we ventured to Egg Harbor Township and the Shop Rite Shopping center to find a local spot to have a fabulous lunch & voila we actually found THE Local Spot Restaurant! A Breakfast & lunch haven open from 8 am to 3 pm everyday of the week! As we ventured in we see booths and a welcoming counter and in the back many more spacious tables. Joining yours truly today was my travelling companion always my Nan and her cousin Theresa. We get Nicole a very engaging young lady who would be our server today and then we also met Danielle and we were doubly happy! Great young ladies who did not just robot the order they were informative, enjoyed the banter and actually were both a breath of fresh air from the normal may I help you no personality people many of you have said to me you are not happy with! It's always nice to smile when greeting your customers! I started off with the lentil soup and the ladies had the appetizer sampler with Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks & Jalapeno Peppers. Lunch was the Corned Beef Grilled Reuben, Grilled Chicken Gyro and for yours truly it was the Big Boy Cheese Steak with Fried Onions & Peppers! We gave the meals six thumbs up! We also gave our servers a standing ovation. And they are so easy to find. Heading east on the black horse pike you'll see the shopping center entrance just past the Burger King. Turn right and go to the end of the road & it's right in front of you! Find a place to park, walk in and get ready for a great breakfast or lunch. We all had to get boxes as the portions were to say the least generous. We met Steve at the main window and he's handling the abundance of take out orders and if you want to join in for a take out call 609-568-5197 but the recommendation here is you make time to visit not just a local spot but THE Local Spot in EHT and ask for Nicole or Danielle. It was a great time had by all of us and as we left they even reached out to say goodbye and in todays culinary world that's not the norm. Total for a tremendous lunch for three right about $50. The Local Spot in EHT we will be back! Check Please.”

“Great atmosphere. We were seated by a window which allowed bay views. Drinks, apps, then dinner. Trust me you will be impressed. Our server was pleasant and efficient. I had snapper and it was delicious. We split a dessert of cheesecake. You need reservations, and in the off season they still draw a crowd. Plenty of off street parking. Enjoy.”
