“We had an exceptional experience. This was our first time dining at Capital Grille, Whippany and it was perfect from start to finish. The food was perfectly cooked. We each got steak and it was cooked exactly as requested. The sides were delicious (creamed spinach & roasted mushrooms), the shrimp cocktail was one of the best I've had. The presentation was beautiful. We were never rushed, the pace of the dinner was relaxing and enjoyable. Our server, Luisa G. was wonderful! She was attentive without hovering, she had the perfect personality for her job, she was personable, friendly, professional and helpful. The interactions with other staff members were also very positive. We also enjoyed the quiet, sophisticated ambiance. If you're looking for a true steak house experience this is it.“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. “Went here for dinner with my parents after spending the day at the NY Renaissance fair. Not only was everything we ordered delicious, but our waiter Ariel (aka AJ) was fantastic. He was super attentive, friendly and had a great sense of humor. We came when it was busy and he still checked in frequently and made sure that anything we needed was brought quickly. He went above and beyond. It's not often you come across a server who is as top notch as Ariel was. All around a great guy.“

The Sweet and Sour Pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right balance of sweet and sour flavors. The restaurant also pays attention to detail in presentation. “Brian is a gem, great service and Drinks. Some of the other should take tips from him, not as good but overall service and food is very good. There should be uniformity in cooking, for example the pastrami sloppy joe has been in 2 pcs ,grilled and other times it's 3 pcs toasted, other times it's not grilled or tosted and served sandwich style, 2 pcs. White bread!! Great food and drinks overall, no matter how it's served. Try them and you'll become a regular patron!!

“I've been ordering from the godfather since they opened. Jimmy and the rest of his crew there are solid, the food is some of the best in Morristown, and their meatballs are second to none. Had the scungilli appetizer and chicken Parmesan for dinner last night and it was excellent! There have been 1-2 instances although very rare, where the pasta was a bit overcooked and whenever there was an issue I call Jimmy or the management and they are very quick to make it right. Very customer service friendly and excellent food.“
