“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“My partner and I love ordering from here. We live in the neighborhood and it’s so convenient to have a place like this we can walk to for something delicious at a great price. I don’t think you could go wrong ordering anything off their menu; their pizza is the perfect Jersey pizza, their burritos are huge and taste SO fresh, and their cheeseburgers are like In N Out but WAY better quality. “Highly recommend Gus’ Last Word. This neighborhood establishment is cozy and chic at the same time. It is a perfect balance of retro and modern vibes. I was comforted by yummy chicken pot pie and unique cocktails. It has a lovely bar, with lounge areas, dining section and outdoor space. Shout out to the chefs, Christian the bartender and delightful Erin who provided great welcome, informed explanations of beverages and food, and great service. I will be back.“

“Can I just say WOW!!!! Been waiting to come here for quite some time, and it far surpassed every expectation I had!! Staff was lovely! Creative, DELICIOUS appetizers... We tried several, and seriously each one was SOOO GOOD!!! I'm a huge fan of Detroit style pizza, and it was cooked to perfection! Dessert was absolutely phenomenal as well! “Second baptism brunch I've attended here. The staff and food the last time were incredible but the staff this time were above and beyond incredible!! The food was very good and the place was extremely clean! Only issue I had was they put salad on top of each meal after serving a salad to start the meal. Didn't make much sense to me. But I still highly recommend this place!!! Too bad I could only give 5 stars to the service as it deserves 10!!!“

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

He didn't pay attention to what we ordered, kept reminding him when we came back to the table of the items we ask for, nor the 1st or 2nd time, but the 3rd time. The atmosphere and food experience kind of override the service. I will definitely go back, but make sure I have someone more attentive and experienced.“

Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“We have dined here many times before seeing various shows at the Papermill Playhouse, and our experience has always been delightful. It is a nice, quiet little restaurant with a big heart. Everyone there is so kind and attentive. The service is wonderful. Everyone from the host, our server, even the bartender greeted us with big smiles. The food was fabulous as well. The chef came to our table to chat and see how everything came out - fantastic! It’s great that they have a pre-fixed menu, you pick your appetizer, main course, and desserts, and it’s all themed based on the show, so clever! The steak was cooked to perfection. By the time dessert came out, I could barely eat another bite, but I did! :) Drinks are delicious as well. The manager is a nice guy too! He came around to see how everything was - impeccable. From the atmosphere, to the food, the drinks, the staff, it was truly a wonderful time. We are looking forward to many more pre-dinner shows at the Carriage House!“

Staff was quick to remove plates when the next course was ready to be served and the bartender on our side of the room made the rounds to each table to see who wanted a refill on their beverage.
