“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“it was a gorgeous day and we were at Brookdale Dog Park. We looked up dog friendly restaurants. What a great place the food was awesome, the beers were cold and the service was excellent. The prices were so reasonable which is rare in Montclair! and they were so dog friendly! it was our first time there but not the last!“

“Always have a delicious meal! I get the same thing, the trout, which I love! My husband gets the pork chop or salmon. We especially enjoy the caymus wine flight. We always leave room for dessert! Service is always great. Yesterday the manager Jerry, introduced himself and saw that we also go to Season's 52 in Boca. Nice to speak with him.“

“Went here with a few friends immediately after a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner and were thrilled to have been given the complete opposite experience here! At BWW we waited over 40 minutes to order and didn't get our drinks until long after our food (probably 90 minutes into our visit) but here we were seated with beers in our hands in under 5 minutes. We didn't order any food so I can't speak on the quality but I can guarantee you it's better than that *other* sports bar I won't mention again. Bartenders and wait staff incredibly attentive, drinks ready to flow, TV screens and seating ample. Don't bother going anywhere else around the mall for a few brewskies with some friends.“

“On a lark, we decided to try Luna Stella for dinner earlier this week. We caught it out of the corner of our eyes as it is tucked away slightly off the Main Street of Maplewood, but boy are we glad we found it! We happened to catch them on a live music night so we decided to sit at a bar table and while the dining room was nearly empty, the bar was full. Our waiter was attentive even with a full plate of tables and the owner came over to us several times to see how we were doing. Our drinks were very good, but the food was amazing! The chicken was pounded so thin for the Milenese and fried perfectly. The short rib pappardelle had a deep unctuous beef flavor but was not heavy at all. The pasta was cooked perfectly! We will definitely be going back!“

We sat at the bar and watched the Mets ALCS game 5. The sound was on, love that! We had some good beers, the Bavarian pretzel (big and good) and some boneless wings (good!). Service was good too. Cool place to hang out. Prices were ok too.

“My partner and I love ordering from here. We live in the neighborhood and it’s so convenient to have a place like this we can walk to for something delicious at a great price. I don’t think you could go wrong ordering anything off their menu; their pizza is the perfect Jersey pizza, their burritos are huge and taste SO fresh, and their cheeseburgers are like In N Out but WAY better quality. “I’ve had the pleasure of having Kim as my bartender and she’s the absolute best there is. Very personable , knowledgeable of what to have to eat or drink and just the best at what she does . Her experience behind the bar should never go unnoticed. I’ve been coming here for over a decade and she’s always stood out among anyone else back there.“

“Wow, what a great restaurant ?
This was our first time here and we were blown away with how wonderful EVERYTHING was.
We went here for the wife's birthday and they had set up a special table just for the two of us.
Whoever designed the decor did a great job with the colors, etc. They made one completely forget about the surrounding neighborhood. While it's not a bad area, it's just not really picturesque by any means.
Wonderful fresh rolls and a super pesto spread started the meal. Next I had a mushroom soup to die for and definitely unlike any other I have had before.
For dinner, my wife had the pork chop which was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the short ribs with a light brown sauce, mushrooms, spinach and mashed potatoes, which was great, to say the least.
We shared the First "mounds" which was vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate and coconut and should not be missed. Lastly I want to mention that the waiter and the rest of the wait staff were all courteous, accommodating and very professional. We felt that they were among the best we have encountered in our area by far.
We will definitely be dining here again in the coming weeks and I would suggest that anyone living in Bergen county or northern NJ should do the same. EXCELLENT ?

So we decided to google some African restaurants near by. The food was that good and I discovered Modupe to be a highschool friend of mine. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. I come in most weekends for their outstanding food, but I recently had a private event there that couldn’t have gone better.
