“Passed this place a bunch of times. So I was hungry. So I said let’s give it a try. Well was amazing. Staff from moment walked in very friendly. Warm welcome. Started off with the Fire Roasted Wings (10) flame-broiled all-natural chicken wings marinated in fresh herbs & spices + lemon & herb dipping sauce Dough-Roni Pie Olli Salumeria pepperoni + tomato sauce + ricotta + fresh mozzarella + red onions Lemon Ricotta Ravioli Hand-made Ravioli + summer squash + fresh mint + pistachios + lemon zest + parmesan cheese Got off track sorry. Has seating at bar and has outside patio. (Was just a little to hot out there today) Very clean and definitely swinging by again. It’s right across street from Fairfield airport. Can’t forget the wine cooler before seated. There had to be 25+ wines to choose from.“

“If I could call a place my “cheers” this place would be it. I came here for a first date one day. Never saw that guy again but became a regular here! Now I feel like family. Always a welcome greeting!
Not to mention the food is phenomenal. I’m highly addicted to the Franklin steak house salad with steak. Their house dressing is soooooo good. Get the garlic bread too. Everything is really good. I’ve no complaints.

“Having been here many many times, I continually enjoy the authentic northern China seafood and other dishes that this restaurant makes. Their seafood is mostly pan-Yello Sea style, that of Qingdao and Dalian. The dumolings here are also great, honemade with thicker skins than usual. Service is fine, food arrives pretty fast. The facility is a bit run down, but that doesn't destract the tasty food they offer here.“

“Charming place, beautiful space inside open and airy. Great food made delicious with fresh ingredients. The menu is varied with lots of great options. They have lobster, steak, fish such as chillean sea bass, salmon, fresh rainbow trout. They also have great salads and entrees. Service was nice too. Reasonably priced given the taste, setting and fresh ingredients. Easy to access from route 10. Recommend a visit!“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“We ate here for my son's 11th birthday. The hostesses greeted us with pleasant smiles. Our waitress, Liz was very polite and accommodating. Our food was well prepared delicious and a gracious portion size. At the end of our meal Liz brought out a delicious brookie topped with ice cream in celebration of my son's birthday. This experience is one we will never forget. 10/10 in all areas!!!!! Simply AMAZING ♥“

“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

It’s the perfect spot for happy hour, a night out with family or friends, or even a business lunch. One of the standout features is their exclusive upstairs party room, which accommodates 75+ guests—ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, or business meetings. The space includes a flat-screen TV for presentations or party highlights, plus its own private bathroom and bar. Convenience is another plus: Dante’s offers plenty of parking and is located near all major highways (Rt. 46, Rt. 3, Parkway, Turnpike, and Rt. 80). “Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. We will definitely be returning in the future. I implore anyone that reads this to visit and support this wonderful place.“

“As soon as we walked in we felt welcome, woman asked us if it was our first time, sat us down gave us menus she was so sweet, I wasn’t sure weather or not to get chicken or beef with my egusi soup, she offered both… I was nervous at first to try it but it was all top tier. “We were there for a wonderful Caribbean themed day party. Because it was so hot outside, we first sat inside and had a full lunch as a group of 6. Decor was nice. (The round tables would make a great board game night event one day). Service was good and accurate, medium speed. Everyone liked their drinks. Food was bar food, yet freshly fried and very tasty. The calamari and pretzel bites got extra wows from the group. The outdoor area (which we moved to, by 5pm) provides a good set up for DJ/dance parties. Wish it had more shade for the evening hours (maybe a retractable system in the future?). Scenery is nice and green. Parking is hard for events and spills to streets. Was my first time here. Would come back.“

“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely host future events here.“

“Great restaurant! I had the caesar salad with salmon. The greens were super fresh, dressing was very flavorful, and the salmon was cooked to medium, just as I had ordered.

Our large group had lunch in The Dining Room’s private space. We had many servers, but it was mainly Ana who took care of us. She did an excellent job and is a real sweetheart.

The only downside was the coffee, which was terrible (and not cheap!). I hope they have improved the coffee by now.“

“Came here with a friend to grab dinner before seeing a show in NJPAC. Service was fantastic - our waitress was a delight, the table was never unnecessarily crowded with plates, and my glass seemed to never run out of water. The atmosphere is pleasant, we opted for couch seating since the tables were all reserved and the positioning of the chairs we sat at was a little awkward with a large potted plant and the table itself, but all in all a lovely place. Lots of neat artwork on the walls and good ambient lighting. The food however had me disappointed... I opted for something easy and reliable, a chicken pot pie. When it came out it looked GREAT, but when I started to dig in I realized the biscuit crust on top was very difficult to break apart, and trying a bite made me realize the biscuit was... Tough? And chewy? Genuinely not sure how that was managed but it was unpleasant. The actual filling was fine enough - the vegetables (carrots and potatoes in particular) could have all been cooked down to be softer but they were perfectly edible. That said, the filling was pretty flavorless. The chicken in the filling? FANTASTIC. But only by itself, everything else drowned out the chicken and the delicious flavor of the chicken unfortunately was not enough to flavor the rest, so it was a bland and tough chewy mess that was difficult to eat. We got dessert after and I opted for a slice of cheesecake - the cheesecake was phenomenal. Incredibly airy, light, creamy, and flavorful. It had a raspberry sauce/compote of some kind that I wasn't fond of but that's a personal preference, objectively it was well made and delicious overall.

All things considered, I'd rate this place 3.5 stars if I could.“

“Fabulous place to host a private event in their beautiful downstairs area. The buffet was one of the best I have ever been to, the dressing on the salad was exceptional. The owner was very accommodating and the menu offered a variety of choices that took into consideration allergies and dietary preferences. not one complaint on any of the food. our server dona was terrific, the place is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, lots of parking available and very reasonable prices. I have also been there for lunch and highly recommend their flatbread. Love this place and will be back often.“
