“This place is GREAT!!! Decided to attend their Valentine’s Day brunch with karaoke and it was not only a great time but the food was absolutely delicious !! The owner and staff were very sweet and made my friends and I feel very good with the attentiveness. The staff was also very enthusiastic and cheered us on as we sang! They even joined in on the fun with us (our request) ! The cafe is very clean and I truly give everything a 10/10! Wishing great success to this place and I will definitely be returning!“

“The beans are flavorful and the flat white wasn’t bitter. I didn’t find the flat white as masterfully crafted as desired on top of paying a premium of $10 for an 8oz flat white. I appreciate and respect the original design of a flat white, which is essentially a more compact latte with smooth, silky milk conjoined with espresso. However this didn’t truly live up to the craft coffee expectations.

Owner took the trouble to explain all latte options though.“

“I was looking for a place specifically to work on my laptop for a couple hours. This popped to the top of the list. Sweet upstairs loft with good wifi and power outlets. Coffee is excellent, and the treats are great. I walked a few blocks to check it out and totally worth it.“

We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. U had no idea that my Morning started out so crappy, and your sweet personality and loving spirit really turned my day around and the tres leches latte was AMAZING 🙌🏼🩷💯 yall go see them and be patient …..it’s worth the wait ❤️ side note… the whole place is decorated beautifully! “Pricey but tasty! Love the iced rum-infused Coquito latte, but you can’t really go wrong with any of them! Packaging for iced drinks is really cute and the theme and culture make the coffee feel really unique. Pastries are also solid. There was one time we came about a hour after opening time but the doors were still locked and the person inside told us they were closed which was weird…but usually the service is also pretty friendly and helpful.“

“Walked past here to avoid the rain. I ordered a hibiscus tea, and it was very refreshing! The seating is comfy and the vibes are chill. Selam and Max were so friendly and welcoming (especially because I don’t drink coffee), they were able to recommend me different drinks without being pushy at all. Thank you guys!“

“An absolute must-visit for steak lovers in NYC! The moment you walk into Palermo Argentinian Bistro, the cozy, rustic atmosphere sets the perfect mood. We started with the beef empanadas, which were fried to a flawless, shatteringly crisp golden brown. For the main event, the skirt steak was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with authentic Argentine flavor—especially when paired with their vibrant chimichurri. Service was fast and welcoming, and the wine selection perfectly complemented the meal. Don't sleep on the flan with dulce de leche for dessert. I will absolutely be back!“

“Tito the bartender was so amazing and treated us FIRE! The one and only amazing Brahim in the suit with the glasses who greeted us was so awesome and sweet!!! They were so attentive and kind to us, and the food was bomb!!! 10/10 experience 🧁“

“I had the pleasure to eat at Konoz. It is a clean and neat restaurant. The owner is friendly and pleasant. I asked him what he recommended and I placed the order to eat inside. The meat was tender and tasty, the salad was a good portion and trifongo was delicious. I chatted briefly with the owner. It’s a place I would go again when in the area.“

“I enjoy tasting empanadas from all types of places. Empanada Mama is by far the best of any place I’ve ever tasted!! The portions were stunning, the food was full of flavor, the menu is large, and the dessert empanadas are just as amazing as the savory ones! “Food is good and service was good from the dark skinned gentleman.

I was charged an additional $4 for a happy hour drink. But the lady server told me that it was because I was supposed to ask for the happy hour price, and then when I pointed out the my friends did not do that. She made another excuse.

All together decent but that definitely left a bad taste. No reason lie or manipulate your customers.“

“El Ranchero is my favorite taqueria in the bayshore. The tacos are the best in the area and the mole is delicious. The food is fresh and the service is fantastic. I recommend this to anyone! “The food here is really good!!!

I unfortunately came on a Friday night (avoid Friday nights eating in, just order out) and they were very short staffed. My waiter was friendly but I asked for a on the rocks margarita and got frozen, I asked for tap water, never got it and i never received utensils. The music was incredibly loud. But it’s nyc on a Friday night.

The Good: The woman in the back was a BOSS!!! running everything! She was so sweet and handled everyone with care. It seemed she was also responsible for the online orders which looked overwhelming.

The green salsa sauce was amazing and soooo good! Don’t change the recipe!

The food again was delicious. Really large portions. Take it easy or go ham!

Next time I would just order out.“

I order from here all the time but try to get it early because there always super busy. Never had a bad experience here and the staff is always on point. I was able to just drive up this week and saw they are indeed still open, so I am revising my review to account for their tasty eats. I finally got my birria empanadas, and I'm pleased. :)Initial Review:I placed an order online 2 weeks ago, but when I went to pick it up the place was completely closed. I called and called some more but no one ever picked up the phone. Now the phone is disconnected. I think it's safe to say I'm not getting those empanadas. :(The order online option is still totally active too which feels a bit scammy to me.“
