Special shout out to the super lady (Rupal Ben if I got it right), who for the many times I have visited the East Windsor branch, appears to be multi-tasking between the kitchen and register activity. Super impressive! For a change, today met Kaka (he generally manages the Edison branch I think), managing the cash register at the East Windsor branch. “It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “On an recommendation from one of my known friend, ordered the food for an major event and it was very good among which Live Tandoor station was a big hit where guests enjoyed different varieties of Non-Veg and Veg kebabs made of authentic home made spices I believe with a smoky flavor which gave an extra add-on to the starters.
To the whole I say that, the event was 100% successful and all my friends and other guests loved the food A - Z which Shimla management provided with entrees, main course and desserts etc.

“We are lucky to have a Banquet hall like Rasoi in the town. It is perfect to have a small or big party. We recently had our Diwali get-together at Rasoi. The Food and service were top-class. The manager Prasad Kadam ensures all goes well and all guests are happy. The staff members are very warmth and welcoming. Once this place is renovated in the coming months, it will have a brand-new Banquet hall to host the parties. I hope Chefs will introduce and add new food dishes to the catering menu.“
