“I had the pleasure of dining at Estime Cafe today, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was phenomenal, warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. This is the first Haitian restaurant I’ve visited that delivered such impeccable service, and it made all the difference. The atmosphere was inviting, and the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care, bringing out the rich, bold flavors of Haitian cuisine. “Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

“Brewed Awakening is the perfect spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food is consistently delicious, and some of my favorites include the BLT Sandwich (always made to perfection), the omelettes, and their Apple Caramel Butter Latte—a delightful seasonal treat. I first discovered the latte through a social media post a few weeks ago, and now Brewed Awakening has become my go-to spot every Sunday for a relaxing meal. The service is always warm and welcoming. Annie, the owner, often makes an appearance on the floor, either serving or checking in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their visit. Her kindness and genuine hospitality make the experience even more special. I highly recommend stopping by Brewed Awakening for a delicious meal and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Have been here multiple times since we moved to the area 2 years ago and have always been more than satisfied. The food is always delicious no matter what we get (too many amazing dishes to name!)
Tip: if you're going on a weekend, to avoid a long wait, call ahead to be placed on the waitlist!“

“This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“⭐️ Hidden Gem Alert: Bagel 1 in Old Bridge, NJ ⭐️
It’s amazing how some of the smallest, most unassuming spots turn out to have the most delicious food and Bagel 1 is absolutely one of them.
From the outside, the place might not grab your attention, it may even seem like somewhere you wouldn't go, but don’t judge a book by it's cover! The food coming out of this kitchen is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you’re hunting for a legit bagel or breakfast sandwich, go here.
What really stood out during my visit was the service. Wael, the gentleman working the front counter, was exceptionally polite, attentive, and patient. His attention to detail and willingness to listen closely to my order, especially as someone who likes to customize their breakfast sandwiches, this was refreshing. In many bagel spots, staff can seem rushed or distracted, but Wael made the experience easy.
Whether you're a classic bacon-egg-and-cheese kind of person or someone who likes to get a little creative with your sandwich, Bagel 1 delivers quality without the chaos. The spot is low-key, but the flavor is next level.

“Best bagels in New Brunswick. I've been patronizing since they moved to their current location in September of 1998. Not much has changed since then, which is a great thing considering the development of the surrounding area.
Some of the lower ratings are subjective. Come in and see for yourself a real gem of Easton Ave. Nicholas is a class act and wonderful reminiscing with. I'll be back, like I always do, when I visit the old stomping grounds.“

“Awesome eatery and a great time to visit on a Monday afternoon. They're normally extremely packed and I can see why. Nice, big and spacious space. Their staff are extremely well mannered.
As for their food, it speaks to why they are usually busy. It is so delicious and portioned to the value you pay. Can't wait to try again.“
