“This is the best Starbucks! The staff are so friendly and are very quick with the orders. The drive through moves quickly. We pretty much go every day. Some of the customers slow the line by driving smack in the middle of the lot, not allowing any cars past, and oblivious to cars needing to pull out. (If only the customers could get trained on proper etiquette....) I'm always impressed how the staff keeps cool under pressure. The staff should get bonuses for the great work they do. ?“

“Visit #3. I remain satisfied with the consistency of their staffs professionalism and quality of food. Taylor ham egg and cheese was on point the two times I got it. Made fresh specifically for me. I also order bacon egg and cheese on my most recent visit. Unlike some places they fry the bacon per order and don’t just take it from a fried bacon pile made earlier. Keep up the good work.“

“Staff work extremely hard, this is a very busy DD. The coffee and donuts are excellent; beats Starbucks. The inside of the store seems clean, as do bathrooms. Staff is courteous. Highly recommend, unless you prefer the Ritz or Waldorf Astoria Hotels.“

“This is literally the only Dunkin Donuts I come too. All the other ones in the area suck, and will make your order wrong. Not this one. I am normally not a coffee drinker. However, one of the employees (I think his name was Rob) has expanded my horizons by having me try a coffee coolata with caramel. It was delicious to say the least. That's customer service on point. With their tea based drinks, I stick to their vanilla chai and their Iced Tea. I have never had an issue with too much foam in my chai like at other Dunkins. This location is also nice because it has a Baskin Robins attached, and I can get a nice ice cream treat at any time. I normally come at night, the staff is always friendly and pleasant, and this location is usually clean. I'll be back soon!“

“OMG! What an experience! I passed this place so many times not knowing it was there. One day, I decided to try it with my wife. Everything is fresh. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Everyone is nice. The tempura was awesome. We have been going there almost every day. It’s a new experience.“

“Stopped by this hidden gem with my mom this Saturday. We were greeted by very attentive servers and a beautiful space. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so nicely. We ordered the avocado toast and built our own savory crepe. Among all of the fun drinks they had to offer, I ordered the Icy Bear Latte it was delicious and adorable. We are definitely adding this to our brunch list in Bergen County, and are looking forward to our next visit!“

“It's difficult to find Indian Style Chai, and while the Tea here is not exactly "Chai", it is still pretty good. Overall decor and atmosphere was so welcoming, with sufficient seating; great place to sit and relax with friends with a Pot of Coffe or Tea. Would definitely recommend.“

Macha was smooth and perfect with a little honey.There's a big table out the back with people working remotely on their laptops and soft piano playing on the speakers. “Iconic Coffee is an amazing coffee shop with good coffee and a clean cute inside perfect to work. The staff is so kind and helpful! They talk to you and make your experience enjoyable. Plus they’re super quick and clean!! Prices are great especially for this area! I got the vanilla caramel macchiato which is $5.99 and the cup is huge!! You get so much for how much you pay with great quality. The brown sugar shaken espresso has a unique and tasty aftertaste again at 5.49. I recommend!
