“Great ambiance as soon as you walk in. I like how they have a cafe like setting when you first walk in but they have a beautiful bar and dining area inside. Great for a girls night or date night. The churrasco was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our calamari was a little greasy for me. I did enjoy the chicken empanada better than the beef ones. I liked the sauces. Their rice that came with the steak was also really good. Limited parking but there is also street parking. Good service, greeted right at entry and our waiter was attentive all evening.

The drinks were really good. I had the cantorito and highly recommend if you like some sweetness. Hubby had the spicy marg and it was also good if you like mezcal.“

“We went to Benny John’s for a nightcap since it was close to our hotel and advertised all day happy hour. The happy hour drink selection is somewhat limited, but they still offer a good variety at a great price. I had the sauvignon blanc & my wife had the sangria. The sauvignon blanc was as expected & sangria was a dry sangria & not overly sweet.

I had the apple cobbler for dessert which is really the reason for my review — and it was delicious. It was served warm and paired with vanilla ice cream.

The staff was pleasant. Overall, a great spot for a casual nightcap and dessert.“

“Went for a bday brunch and it was great.
DJ was awesome and good at reading the room. The food was fantastic across the board. All dishes were so tasty. Drinks were on point especially the henny sangria. Overall I would recommend.

We ordered a mule & a tequila negroni-- both of which were prepared with good amount ingredients NOT watered down. Good music - a mix of throwback 2000s with current tracks. “I came down for the first time last month to watch the Celtic match starting at 7 am, I didn't know what to expect but the food was great, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was great even in the early morning. I was so impressed I stayed after to watch the EPL matches they were showing even though I'm not a big EPL fan. I will definitely be coming back, and it's a must-visit for any Celtic supporter in the New York area.“

“Tuck’d Away has the BEST brunch in the area. I never had a more diverse brunch in my life. the entire staff is very attentive and professional. Michael is the best owner in the world I ever met - so fun to be around and cares about the community. Jason is a very fun and friendly bartender and Stephanie and the serving staff always make it feel like you belong. Halloween was so fun and I loved how he had a costume contest- that Mcdonlads Girl is VIP - she won. Oh and tinkerbell was cool too 🤣👍📸“

“I love a good wine with my meal. That being said outside of a high end restraunt I have been no place in the area where the house sommelier picks the selection of wine like Saints and Scholars. You would have to buy a bottle if even then to get the quality of their house serve alone. I could write a book on the menu, not a bad choice to be found, but I will stop here. Our bartender, Francesca was also a vibe & makes the best cosmos I’ve ever had…I definitely recommend the Thai chili wings. They were amazing the crispy chicken tacos also looked good. I would rate the food 10 out of 10 the drinks 10 out of 10 the customer service 10 out of 10. It’s definitely a must if you haven’t come down to the hive, I promise you will not regret. It’s a whole vibe definitely gonna see me again.“
