“This place was down the street from my daughter's house where I was visiting and I had the pleasure of going there several times while in town for the New York Knicks parade! What an awesome atmosphere! Robert, the bartender was so inviting, and even though he had a lot going on with so many other customers, he seemed to handle everything with a smile and enthusiasm! Robert definitely made my time at The Bronx Alehouse a memorable one! Big shout out to Gabriel and Miles who took care of me when I placed my order on two different visits and were both flawless in their treatment of me!
No the manager Chelsea truly helped me to have a great experience and literally knew, my name upon my second visit, which made me feel at home! She also immediately exchanged my food order because I had a slight complaint about the fish tacos without blinking an eye! I will say that the 9% IPA (Unibroue La Fin Du Monde) suggested by Robert what's truly on point and my beer of choice going forward! I also had the medium bone in carolina barbecue and pineapple teriyaki chicken wings with their onion rings, and it was to die for! Then, the next day I had there habanero wings and took those back with me to Tampa, Florida! I am originally from New York City and it's people like Chelsea, Miles, Gabriel and Robert that make me proud to be a New Yorker because of their outstanding service and attention to detail and willingness to put a smile on people's face and also make their taste buds happy! Thank you guys for a great experience and I anxiously look forward to visiting you again next time I am in town!“

​Regina (Reservations): I called on short notice, and Regina was absolutely incredible. She provided prompt, efficient service and squeezed us in without making it feel like a burden. She set the tone for the entire night.
​Stephen (Security): The hospitality started right at the door. Stephen was so welcoming and friendly, making us feel safe and genuinely happy to have us there.
​2. Awesome Bar Service
​We decided to sit at the bar, and Pedro completely blew us away.
​Professional & Polite: He is a master of his craft and has the best attitude.
​Attentive: Our glasses were never empty. He frequently checked in on us to ensure we were good, balancing perfect timing without ever being intrusive.

“Every time I go to last stop it’s a time. From their $2 Tuesday, lit Saturday or calm Sunday it’s always a time. Jonathan is the best bartender friendly, attentive and yes the drinks hit. I can’t not shoutout Kayla between the sexy attire (and I’m a straight woman) she is helpful understand the menu and a whole vibe 10/10 recommend. If you’re ever uptown stop by you won’t be disappointed. Great drinks and food.“

“Great atmosphere, the music was awesome 👍🏽, excellent 👌🏽 customer service, the prices are great and the food portions are large when compared to the price and other restaurants. I had the wings, steam fish, vegetables and more and everything were properly prepared and delicious. I was surprised that the food and drinks cost less than most other restaurants. Overall this was indeed a great experience and I will be going back for more.“

“I came here for brunch to celebrate a birthday and the food was really good. The service was quick and the drinks were delicious as well! Wish there was a DJ the day we went like they said there was going to be, nonetheless had a good time. “Stopped in for the soft launch of the bar, which is an extension of the resturant which is now under new management. For us here in Port Morris, it’s a great retreat with an intimate setting blocks from the Randall’s Island Connector.

Parking: Always parking, great place to stop when you’re stuck in traffic off the Bruckner.“
