“My mom's been raving about this spot, so it was our first stop in town! The decor is impeccable with beautiful, meaningful details, and the vibe is EVERYTHING. I love that they have high chairs for toddlers—many upscale places miss that mark. Our server Jerome was so helpful, and Matthew was super kind when we chatted. We tried the Montego Bay, Hugp Spritz, Rum Punch, and Island Float, and all the drinks were a 10/10! The food was also really good. I wasn't a huge fan of the trio tacos because there was minimal fried shrimp and I didn't like the plantain just sitting on top, but the flavor was amazing nonetheless, just needed more shrimp. The coconut shrimp were a 10/10, and the plantain cups are really good, they just need to be filled more.“

“I've been to a lot of Delta Skyclubs as a longtime Diamond Medallion. This is one of my favorite ones. Why? Spacious and high ceiling along with a lot of natural light coming in. Just makes such a difference not to be a place with low ceilings.

“Really enjoyed our dinner there, it was a client dinner with 11 people, we had a choice of soup or salad as well as main course, appys and sides were served family style so we got to try a lot of dishes. Everything was excellent especially the lobster pops, seafood tower as fresh as can be. My wifes filet and lobster tail perfect. The ambience is elegant, warm, and inviting, with stylish décor and a cozy high-end vibe. I love sitting here with friends, sipping on their delicious cocktails, which are always perfectly mixed and beautifully presented. Their drink menu is impressive, offering a wide selection of creative cocktails and premium bar items. Although they don’t serve food, it’s a great place to start your evening before heading out for dinner, especially since the location right next to Times Square couldn’t be better. “We visited The View in New York City for my birthday, expecting to have dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, that was completely our fault because we misread the restaurant's closing time. Thankfully, the bar stays open later, so we were still able to enjoy a meal, even if it wasn't the full dinner experience we had planned.

First, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The restaurant rotates very slowly, and you honestly don't even notice the movement, which makes it a really enjoyable experience while taking in the incredible views of the city.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone, from the host to the waitstaff, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our server, Brandon, was outstanding. He made excellent recommendations for both drinks and food and checked on us throughout the evening without ever being intrusive.

We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, Caesar salad, and prime rib sliders, and every single item was delicious. To top it all off, since it was my birthday, Brandon surprised me with the Big Cookie topped with a candle and wished me a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more memorable.

“Our room was comfortable, spacious, and light with lovely retro-mod furnishings. The service team for both the room and the lobby restaurant were top notch - and our waiter even entertained my nine year old with magic tricks! The Central Park south location was perfect for us since it was only a 10 minute walk to the playground and space to run around. And guess what - when I realized after check out that I’d left something behind, the hotel staff retained it in their lost and found and even sent it to me. Fantastic service like this in every area is a rarity these days, and it’s so nice to have a stay with a hotel that takes it to heart. We look forward to our next visit!“

Having visited 17 Park Hyatt properties globally, I can say with confidence that Park Hyatt New York stands among the very best. Since 2023, I have been a regular at The Living Room, and every single visit has been exceptional.

In my opinion, there is simply no better five star hotel restaurant in New York. The consistency, quality, and execution are outstanding across the board. Breakfast classics like Eggs Royale are flawless, lunch dishes such as the asparagus risotto are beautifully smooth and refined, and dinner selections like the beef short rib are rich, tender, and deeply satisfying. Even something as classic as their French onion soup is elevated to an impressive standard.

The desserts deserve special recognition, they are easily among the best I have had anywhere in New York. The crème brûlée and molten chocolate cake are flabbergasting! The menu changes frequently, which keeps each visit exciting and gives me something new to look forward to every time. One standout detail is their hot chocolate, which is truly exceptional, though unfortunately only available during the Christmas season.

Overall, the level of care, precision, and consistency from the entire team is remarkable. They continue to deliver an experience that not only meets expectations, but consistently exceeds them.“

“The food, ambiance, and staff were amazing. Our mentoring program had its etiquette dinner at the Edge and the were attentive to our needs from the beginning to the end. The manager was wonderful, there aren’t enough words to describe the level of customer service she bestowed upon us.

All the food arrived to the table hot and delicious. All of our guests commented how they enjoyed their food. Our young ladies that we mentor, cannot stop talking about the evening and how they enjoyed their food.
