“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! “On a Tuesday evening, it was quiet--giving us time and space to talk with our friends, which was our goal. On Tuesday, there is also a special deal on appetizers: buy one, get one. We enjoyed our food. We looked over the check, which was just fine, as expected, but when we handed over our credit card, whoever ran the card put a different total on the charge, which we noticed as soon as the card was returned. They fixed it, but it should not have happened. Basically, a good place for appetizers, burgers, pizzas, and simple entrees. We will go back.“

You are truly transported to an authentic southern kitchen as soon as you enter the front doors, and the atmosphere is filled with warmth, joy, hospitality; and yes; the most delicious comfort food goodness that literally embraces your soul. We had catfish that was distinctly fresh, flavored to absolute perfection, along with the best macaroni and cheese (yes; with those dark bits of gooey cheese woven throughout) and every bite sent us to glory. Collard greens were top-notch. The southern chef personally came out to greet us, and the owner has such a genuine, dedicated and familiar demeanor that his presence clearly reflects the quality of the menu. “We’ve stayed here annually for 16 years. It’s a pass through for us. One night but friendly and helpful staff good food and we seen the same FD staff for the past 12 years. Even during Covid we stayed, they cared even though the kitchen was closed they advised us where to get take out. It is a comfortable, friendly place to stay.“

“Haven't set foot inside Docks since 2004 for no other reason than it's a little out of the way from home and I'm not much of a drinker. I've been working in the area again for about a year and wanted to find a local spot to go with some coworkers and figured since it was close, why not try Docks. I happened across a picture of one of their burgers and had to try one since having my gallbladder removed and being able to once again enjoy the occasional bacon cheeseburger. Stopped there tonight with a coworker, got the Houston Burger and let me tell you... it was incredible. Burger was well seasoned and juicy (even though I always order well done) and the bacon was top quality. The prices were fantastic and my coworker said they had one of the best Guinness draughts he's had in a long time. Definitely see it turning into a to-do after work more often.“

“Excellent little diner inside the convenience store right next to Dunkin donuts. It's a family-owned business. It's a husband and wife. The wife makes the best empanadas there. They're fresh, made every single day. The chicharron is excellent. And I love the breakfast sandwiches. That's usually my go-to there. I get a a pork roll egg and cheese with jalapenos and they get my order right every single time.“

“Being a meat cutter by trade in the Air Force, having a hard time cutting a $45 med/rare filet is hard to swallow. The fact it was served already cut, apparently was the first clue to be prepared, this may take a minute. Flavor was better, but still needed to ask for s&p. Whipped potatoes amazing! French Onion soup as well. Rib appetizer out of this world! Don't buy the chicken nuggets although the presentation basket was a nostalgic touch. Macncheese side was incredible! Recommend the Wood-double Bourbon.“

“We stayed here so we could go to Six Flags. Really nice people and great customer service ! The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant/ bar personnel were extremely sweet! Not many options to eat but what we had was actually fresh and surprisingly good for a small hotel. Free parking and laundry room were a big plus. Very quiet neighborhood and some weddings were happening while we stayed but I basically heard no noise from guests or was bothered by loud music. Really recommend!“

The gift shop is filled with unique and exciting gift ideas, The tulip tree Cafe offers delicious creative cuisine, the gardens and flowers and statuary are beautiful. The events are such fun! The people who own it and work there are friendly, knowledgeable and accepting. They give so much to their community. It is just a wonderful experience!“

“We had a nice time celebrating my son's surprise 21st birthday at Grillestone. Jose and staff were all very nice and easy to work with and they even helped pull off the surprise. Since it was a 21st Birthday, I wanted to keep it casual and wanted food that my son enjoys when hanhing out. Jose was accommodating and I ordered all different appetizers as the meal. We had plenty of food and it came out all night long as discussed just needed a little bread in between (lol) and we even had leftovers to take home as well. We had a variety of pizza, fried calamari, avacado toast, wings, mac & cheese, nachos, sliders & fries, quesadilla & Ceasar Salad, Great staff, food, drinks all night long. The only thing missing was the band/ DJ but the weather didn't cooperate that night. Thanks again and we look forward in coming back!!!“

The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone, and the prices are fair. The restaurant has a stylish and modern look, with sophisticated lighting and elegant furnishings. The Owner's invested a lot of time and money creating this warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, if your are looking for a restaurant that delivers on all fronts, give "Just" a try. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be going back soon.“
