“Great food and very nice inside. We had a business dinner here and I really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, as was the staff.We had drinks, several appetizers, and each a separate entree. My steak was excellent, as were the onion rings that came on the plate with it.I will definitely be back and highly recommend RP Prime.“

“Great vibe. Absolutely LOVE the jazz trio. Food tasted great. Portions are quite small for the price, and the steak was very especially grizzly, unfortunately. Very attentive and well trained staff. Lots of push upselling drinks on the drinks, and they brought bottle water we had to pay for despite asking for tap 3 times. Wonderful wine and cocktails menu. Overall I would recommend for special occasions.“

“This place is authentic Brazilian rodizio with great meat selection insane salad bar with seafood and salad and Fejoada .we loved it excellent staff and the owners are hands on we dined on Friday and it was very busy but drinks came right away tasty caipirinia .We loved espresso martinis and my friend ordered chocolate martini yummm .Highly recommending .we took our time and we werent chased away from table .Very accommodating staff .Thank You and good luck“

“Last night, my family and I visited the Roots Steakhouse, Ridgewood location to celebrate a special birthday occasion. We were greeted with impeccable service from our server, who catered to our needs flawlessly. The cuisine, as always, was simply delightful. While enjoying our meal, a small mishap occurred where a drink was accidentally spilled onto the floor, splashing onto my sports coat. The server promptly expressed sincere apologies and notified their supervisor. To our surprise, Larry, the general manager, personally approached our table to offer his sincere apologies and assistance. Despite my reassurances that accidents happen, Larry insisted on arranging for the dry cleaning of my coat and even offered to deliver it to my home. Although I declined his kind offer, Larry ensured that I could submit the dry cleaning bill for reimbursement. As we concluded our meal, we were pleasantly surprised when Larry sent over an assortment of complimentary desserts from the menu. His professionalism and genuine care during this incident were truly commendable. This review is not intended to critique the staff but to express heartfelt gratitude to Larry and his team for their exceptional handling of an unfortunate situation.“

“A solo night out for dinner visiting with Eddie, Ronnie & Danny who always make you feel like you are part of their family. The new space is upscale and cozy. Having a wine locker is a awesome addition being able to have a variety of wines and spirits at my disposal is a great option for a frequent diner. The lobster bisque was rich and delicious and my ribeye was cooked to perfection along with my side of mash. A taste of port wine afterwards with some strudel made the rainy evening an afterthought. “We love the Park! Always an amazing meal and experience. All the staff is always so friendly. We have been going every few weeks and have really enjoyed sitting at the bar. Last night the bar was crowded, but we requested that if a spot opened in the bar could we sit there. By the time we got there a spot had opened and they reserved the spot for us. Love the bar area and the bartenders!! Food as always was amazing!!“

“Excellent experience here! From welcoming us to our table through dessert, great attentive service. Cocktails were well made and their red sangria is always a great idea! Try the Boulevardie Negoni. Packs a slight punch and refreshing. Our appetizers were the grilled octopus and shrimp in garlic sauce - both excellent! For dinner, I had a huge swordfish steak, lightly blackened and grilled perfectly. My wife had the stuffed lobster, and our friends had paella - loaded with seafood. Dessert choices were several cake selections, chocolate mousse and flan. Finished off with Segovia coffee (adds "43" Quarenta y Tres cordial liquor) and all was great! “Place is an absolute diamond in the rough. The food was fantastic, and extremely reasonably priced. Went with 4 friends, had almost every appetizer (which we left nothing behind). Unlike most steakhouses, this place has a more relaxed vibe (ok to wear a hoodie and be comfortable), and also delivered better steaks than I've had a white glove establishments. 1000% recommend, this type of place is not easy to find anymore and needs to be visited. Also met Kathie and Glenn (siblings), who were extremely hospitable and truly know how to show customer appreciation. Will be going back, and bringing more folks to experience with me for sure!“

“A restaurant that I visit every two weeks is generally the same standard, but on my last visit, although I wanted the steak medium, it was undercooked and although the waiter sent the order medium well, the kitchen was wrong, the mushroom I ordered next to the steak was tasteless, the asparagus was very large and not cooked well, I hope you will reach your old standard on my next visit.“

“We went for Happy Hour and tried 4 appetizers. The beef empanadas were a good size, filled with beef and veggies. Was delicious. Come 4 in an order. Also tried the Yuka cheese sticks and I loved them. Soft and go great with the creamy side sauce. The jerk shrimp was also delicious with the warm bread it brings. Wings were good but a bit spicy for me since currently I cant eat anything spicy. Overall was a great meal and our waitress Brianna was very attentive. Will definitely be back.“

At some point there was a very rude customer demanding for food screaming at staff went in the kitchen cursing. I understand people have no manners. “I usually come to the Franklin Steakhouse & Tavern on Sunday's during the football season. They have a long bar, plenty of TVs, a huge drink menu with beer on tap and weekend specials. This time I came for lunch. I ordered the ribeye sliders ($10.99). It came with three sliders. a festival of French fries and a cup of horseradish. I like my steak medium rare. I do not like steak that I have to fight with because it is too chewy. I like the steak to come out hot. This ribeye was to my liking in all those criteria. The French fries also came out hot and were thick enough to taste the potato. The horseradish could have been less creamy. Add a little more ribeye and this would have been a 5 Star. Service was quick and professional, but it was only about 3 pm. The restaurant is clean with basic simple furniture and chairs. Take a look at my photos. Prices are reasonable and for certain items on the menu, cheap.“

“Took my sister, a steak lover, to Rare for her birthday! Did not dissapoint! My husband started with the French onion soup which he said was amazing. My sister and I had crab cake appetizer - one of the best I have ever had. Hubs and I split porterhouse which was delicious. Her man, not a huge steak fan, got a filet mignon and practically licked the plate. Sis had the cowboy steak and noted it was cooked to perfection. She said thanked us for the “best steak” she has ever had“

For a casual evening, try to get a seat at the bar or in the bar area. It is a quick drive from Saddle River, USaddle River, Park Ridge, Woodcliff Lake, etc. Check them out!“
