The fish tacos have a cashew nut sauce that balances the mango, the red snapper has a creamy coconut sauce and spicy sauce that are great together while the fish (tempura fried), cashews, and garlic chips give you crunch and texture. Yes, like others have mentioned, it is a bit pricey, but it's absolutely worth it. The food is consistently delicious and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. My husband loves their tacos and burrito, and I’m a big fan of their elotes, tacos and taco bowls. Even my 79-year-old mother, who normally isn’t a fan of Mexican food, loves theirs. That alone says a lot!

Their tres leches is also incredible. I’ve sampled a lot of tres leches cakes in my life and theirs easily jumped to the top of my list.

Beyond the food, the customer service is just as impressive. Two of the owners, Jay and Kike, are always so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They even offer delivery, and their driver, Juan, is just as awesome! In this day and age, it’s rare to find a Mexican spot that’s both authentic and Latino-owned... and Just Tacos is exactly that. We’re more than happy to keep supporting them!“

This resturaunt is exquisite and potentially some of the best Mexican food in the county. First, you can get Mexican Coke. Second, the seasoning they use might as well be sold by it's own. Way too much Wostishire that overpowered the sandwich and steak sliced too thick. Very disappointed! “Came for Taco Tuesday! Place was very nice. Sat at the Bar, the bartender was very attentive and margaritas were on point. My girlfriend had a regular margarita before the food came and a passion fruit margarita after the food. We started with chicharron con tostones and guacamole. Was apprehensive to try the tostones as I’ve never had them, glad I did. Tacos Tuesday is $1 tacos for chicken, steak, and carnitas. Minimum of 5 and you can mix and match. We had a combination of all 3. They were very good, maybe just a bit too much onion, but you remove some. We also had the Birria tacos! A must have.“

“I can't say enough great things about Defiant! Last week we hosted a small wedding reception and it was perfect. We were able to do anything we wanted with the space we had (we didn't rent the entire place, just a few tables). The food was great, as usual! The beers and other drinks were great and the price was so reasonable! We were able to use all the games at the brewery, and we were even able to play Terminator 2 on the projector which was a major bonus. The staff was truly wonderful which made everything even better. The owner, the cook, and the bartender were all so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a casual, and intimate wedding. Thank you guys SO much!“
