“Received the most amazing surprise birthday cake from SJ! It was as delicious as it was beautiful! This is our third time ordering from SJ, and each time it has been better than the last! I cannot recommend using them for any baked needs you have! We have gotten the chocolate cake with Oreo filling twice and there’s never any cake left! Everyone loves it! “I stopped by the Ice Cream Station today to speak with the owners Greg and Song about their ice cream business. They are both so nice and we spoke to great lengths about the different types of ice cream and quality along with their business in general. They are both so warm and friendly and know the ice cream business well! What a great experience! 😀 Their ice cream tastes great and they have awesome flavors, toppings, and options! Go and see Greg and Song for some fantastic ice cream in a warm and friendly atmosphere! You won't regret it! 🍦🍦🍦HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!🍦🍦🍦“

“I was just there earlier today, maybe around 7 and this girl with glasses, her name is Sitti A from my receipt, she was very nice and patient. I’m honestly shocked a place like this would leave someone working alone, especially leaving a young lady on her own in a sketchy area like this at night. “i have celiac disease so that really shapes my view of restaurants now and i really appreciate how they not only have separate tubs of ice cream for no cross contamination but how they broke up new butterfingers for me rather than a scoop of the pre-crushed bits
i understand that serving someone with celiac’s can be difficult since it’s not a typically allergy, considering it’s an auto immune disease but i really appreciate all the steps taken to help ensure my safety :)“

“My review is based upon two items only:
Chocolate chip cookies and their French seeded loaf.
I was in the area and had heard so many things about their breads, so I had to try.
Let’s start with the “meh” review:
The loaf.
Meh.
Not much more to say.
I wasn’t thrilled. I wish I had the opportunity to try their seeded semolina, but it was sold out.
But now, let’s discuss the chocolate chip cookies…..
Holy moly!!!!
When paying for the “meh” loaves, these happy little treats were screaming my name! I swear it.
“Dinaaaaa. Eat meeeee!!!”
Who am I to ignore them of their request?
Well, I only wish I had purchased more. Or maybe I should be grateful that Calandras is 1.5hrs from my home (cause I’d be the size of a house), but WOW!
Buttery. Chocolate chippy. Chewy yet crisp.
