“Lunch service was nice. However my brother ordered a Paella and there was hardly any rice in it. Given the fact the waiter insisted it would feed 3 I'm glad he ordered his solo cause it was barely enough for him. I ordered a chicken breast and chorizo lunch special. It was good. Aside from the spicy flavors it was great. The service was fantastic. It's no wonder they've been around for a long time. My brother recommended this place since he's been coming here a long time. I'm definitely opened to give it another try.“

“This is the place for steak, I know they serve other items, however, the aged beef is just so tender and cooked to perfection. This a great place for corporate dinners or upscale birthdays to share this calm atmosphere and food properly prepared. The cost of dinner here is closer to $250 (without wine) each, when you order salad, appetizer, main course, sides and a shared dessert and this includes one alcohol containing drink and that is without a 18-22% tip for great service. You do know that, so price is expected to be high, however the mood, the food, the service leads to a special evening.“

“I ordered from here looking for some jerk pork and festival and I could not be more satisfied! The pork was juicy, spicy, and grilled as all jerk pork should be. The festival were hot and freshly made. This was an 11/10 because it was all fresh and hot. Likklle Helshire Restaurant, 👏🏿👏🏿. “We had a reservation for Valentine's Day. We were seated, given our menus and then we waited 45 minutes and were not even served water. We left, and no one even noticed. We went and grabbed fast food instead. We have dined here previously but many years ago and enjoyed the food. Other people's food looked good. Maybe they were short staffed.“

It was all the music I grew up listening to as a kid, and it made me feel at home. McKenzie was our server and she was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Here's what we had: Appetizers: -Brussels sprouts salad with sliced apple, marinated feta, roasted squash, candied pecans, quinoa and tossed in a vinaigrette - Kabocha squash ravioli in a braised beef and peanut ragu, crispy eggplant and a peanut-green bean crumble. Entrées: -Flat iron steak in a mustard-sherry au poive sauce, carmelized onions, and potato churritos -Fresh cavatelli in an escargot sauce, shelled escargot, topped with a parsley butter crumb - Side of sautéed wild mushrooms with sage and citrus Dessert: -Orange and cardamom olive oil cake, assorted coffee and tea. We had the opportunity to speak with Beverly, and we learned so much about her passions for the industry and the pride she has for the products she creates. “We enjoyed a gorgeous dinner at La Rocca Osteria, on the corner of Midland Avenue and Portland Place (a block south-east of Valley Road and a block north-east of Bloomfield Avenue), this week. The food was brilliant - fresh, flavorful and great portion sizes. I was thrilled with my choices of the buratta salad, crabmeat-stuffed lobster tail with mashed potatoes and a chocolate mousse cake. My fella demolished the mussels and clams in a white wine and garlic sauce, lasagne (he thought it was so delicious that he even bought a second portion to give to his dad) and cheesecake. I almost wish I’d taken photographs, but I was more interested in the experience than documenting it. The service was fantastic as well - friendly, calm, organized and reliable. Parking nearby wasn’t difficult either. It’s the second time we’ve eaten there; the first was on our first date. It was just as lovely then too.“
