“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Dear Ava, Danielle, Chuck, Matt , Chris, Jacob, Leigh, and Christine, and all the staff of 618, each and every one of you are treasures. “I want to preface that I am the furthest thing from a vegan/vegetarian.

Last night I wanted something different. With that being said, I got the kale buffalo chk'n wrap and lentil soup from here and it was out of this world delicious. I love lentils and the flavors in the soup from here were incredible. I will definitely be back.“

“Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.“

“My boyfriend picked up my ice cream cake last weekend (March 2nd) and the cake was AMaZINg! It came out better than expected. The cake decorator did an incredible job at making his idea come to life! It was vanilla, with chocolate peanut butter and chocolate drizzled on the side. It tasted delicious! Anthony the owner makes you feel like you’re the only diners there- making sure you’re enjoying yourself, getting your food in a timely manner and making it special. He is such a kind generous man. The servers Faith, Carson, and JoJo are absolutely incredible- they are knowledgeable about the food, friendly, and their work ethic is incredible for such young people. They truly made our night special! The food is the star- best rice balls we’ve ever had!! We have been dreaming of them ever since! The homemade burrata, meatballs and eggplant were also just amazing. We had the homemade gnocchi and chicken scarpiello- again the best we’ve ever had We are locals and try to get here as often as we can for date night- and we are always so amazed how it continues to be just 5 star every time. “This was my very first time trying Indian food, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went with a good friend who guided me through the menu and helped me choose dishes that were flavorful without being overwhelmingly spicy. The owner was also incredibly kind and took the time to make sure I had a great introduction to Indian cuisine.

The food itself was amazing—every dish was rich, balanced, and full of flavor. It gave me the chance to really enjoy something new without feeling intimidated. The service was just as impressive. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal.

“Drove down from Bergen County the other day. Let me tell you, it was worth the trip. The coffee cake just melts in your mouth. Many other delights in this bakery. The brownies looked amazing. They also have a nice selection of gluten free items“

“A fantastic family run Italian Restaurant with a nice atmosphere and consistently delicious food. Pizza is a classic, but when it comes to sandwiches I recommend the Montague (a breaded chicken and roasted pepper sandwich) and the meatball sub. All of the staff and the cooks are amicable and welcoming.

I recommend signing up for their benefits so that you can get discounts and coupons.

“When it comes to bagel places around Brick, you won’t find any more delicious and filling than Baron’s Bagels. They have a huge selection of bagels, spreads and toppings to choose from that it’s quite overwhelming when it comes to making my decision before placing my order. It may deter people that they only accept cash but they have an ATM in store in case you don’t have the cash on you. Shoutout to the great people who work here and the patience that they have.“

“I could not even count on 5 hands how many times I have been to THIS specific playa bowls in just the past month. It is my go-to spot simply because of the food, atmosphere, and staff. My go to is the Nutella bowl, however, I do dabble in other menu items such as the booster bowl for a great intake of protein and a good balance. My journey does not stop there though because in addition to my bowl I also grab protein bites for a quick snack later in the day. These fuel me for HOURS on end and I can't get enough of them. I would LOVE to be buried in a basket of these things. For events and office parties, I order their catering packages. Normally catering is too expensive for what you get but not here! The price for food was incredible and a huge hit at all the parties and events. The staff is honestly the best part of the place because they are incredible. They are always so helping and friendly and never fail to make my kids smile. The manager obviously has been hands on because they are AYYYYYMAZING!

Kid-friendliness: The staff was extremely friendly and even would talk to my kids regardless of them working. They would pop in and out between work and conversations just to make my kids feel welcomed. They showed them all the games that they had in store and even showed them how to play!“

The sauce really brought everything together; it had rich flavor and just the right balance, though slightly on the salty side. The cheese was kept light, letting the dough and sauce shine through instead of overpowering them. Altogether, it felt like an authentic Italian pizza experience. No, both times the kitchen was super slow.
