“We went here for dinner on a Saturday evening. Wait time was reasonable, around 20 minutes. Ambience was good. They offered good Jain menu choices. We ordered medu vada, paper roast, cheese dosa, chocolate dosa and royal falooda. Food was great and not too spicy. Service was prompt and efficient. Our waiter, Shantha, ensured that we were well taken care of. Overall a very pleasant experience!“

We ordered filter coffee, buttermilk, medu vada and ghee roast masala dosa. Every single item was amazing. drove all the way from Massachusetts to experience the awesome food at Saravanaa Bhavan in Edison, NJ. Management/Owners kindly consider opening outlets in Massachusetts.“
“The samosas are big, flavorful, and not oily as some tend to be. Pindi chole is too tomatoey for my taste and tawa roti is small. You need an extra order of whatever bread because they all seem to be small in size. Would recommend the aloo masala kati roll. Plenty of vegan options (ask as well).“

The service is excellent and the food tastes amazing.They offer three types of unlimited thalis - Gujarati, kathiyawadi and Punjabi. Have the Gujrati of you are craving your dishes to be a little on the sweet side like me and the kathiyawadi if not. “I decided to go out for Indian and picked this place. The food is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We started with a few appetizers. Chicken samosas, vegetable spring rolls and paneer pakoda . They were excellent! Everything came out hot and fresh! For our entrees we desired to go with goat Tikka marsala, butter chicken marsala and chicken jalfrezi. The goat was tender and succulent. The butter chicken was delicious and creamy. We paired that with garlic naan and roti. It also comes with rice. The rice was soft and fluffy absolutely delicious just on its own! The waiter was super friendly and helpful, even suggesting items we might like to try in the future. Don't forget to treat yourself to a Mango lasssi! I will absolutely be back. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that they offer lunch buffets on Wed and Thu, and unlike some other buffet places their buffet food does not taste anything like mass produced. Great spread also! And because we were a big group who had made advanced reservations, they even catered to our dietary restrictions and preferences. Everything about this place is amazing, the food quality, the service (very courteous staff) and the ambience! Unlimited refills and the garlic chutny on the side is so so good. They also replace bajara no rotlo with rotli if you ask them. Bengan bharthu and sev tomato is my all time favorite!! “Probably the best Goat and lamb curry dishes in the area. Love the sizzling BBQ grilled dishes also. All dishes have lots of flavor with their own specialty spices. For the most part it's not crowded, only on weekends during evening hours. Seemed like I got slightly more food when I did takeout vs dining in. Food is piping hot even after bringing it home. It's located off the Oak tree road and have a large parking lot in front of the restaurant. I recently went on Sunday afternoon and was able to grab a table right away. We ordered myysore masala, mint, gongura and Rava Dosa, filter coffee and buttermilk. Sambhar is self-serve and unlimited kept in a hotpot so it's always warm. Everything came out quickly and was really tasty and satisfying.“
