“We only discovered St. Eves a couple weeks ago - great neighborhood spot! Food was very good, service on point, nice atmosphere. Seating a little tight though. Big plus for us - byob! On the pricier side but well worth it. Will definitely included St. Eves in our regular restaurant rotation.“
“Wonderful drinks and food. My daughter suggested we stop in and now we try to frequently order here. The staff is excellent. The hot Latte is a very fresh coffee drink, perfect morning drink. The fresh juices are a great start to the day. Enjoying the food here promotes the healthier lifestyle.“
“I got an assortment of gourmet cookies for a party and they were a hit!! The oreo cookies, red velvet and crème brulé was amazing and everyone who tried them kept asking where I got them from. I look forward to trying the other pastries ?“
“Excellent service, the food is great, good portions, good presentation, Ms. Giovanna is very jealous with the presentation of the food and always attentive to the smallest detail, it is a place that I would definitely recommend 100%, it is small and very busy so the waiting time is a bit long.“
“I don't think I've ever had something from JDs that I didn't like. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've used them for catering also and I was impressed with their pricing and options. Tables are always full and staff is always friendly. Quality is consistent. My favorite is constantly changing but my family loves the BLK and the patsy.“
“Eric was hands down the best server I've had in years! His warmth and attentiveness made my night! Despite my corn and gluten allergies, he went above and beyond, taking the time to walk me through the menu and ensuring I knew exactly what I could enjoy. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers' happiness and well-being. I definitely will return in hopes of having him as my server again!“
“Home to their signature veal chop, this establishment located at a strip mall off of Minnisink Road in Totowa is where a couple of my friends and I were looking for a new place to try our Sunday dinner and happily ended up at Robert’s Scratch Kitchen. Reservations are highly recommended and easily done with OpenTable. Upon arrival, the interior was elegant without being too stiff or stuffy. We were graciously greeted by the host, and so began our delicious dining experience. We were seated within a few minutes. The menu consisted of a variety of Italian, seafood, steak, pork, and veal dishes that changed with the seasons. The use of an iPad to show the rotated specials was a novel idea. For appetizers, we decided to share the fried calamari, stuffed mushrooms, burrata eggplant, and crab cake. As our entrees, we opted for Rigatoni, consisting of fresh pasta, crumbled Italian sausage, peas, crushed red pepper, pink sauce, shaved parmesan, Linguini and Clams, Branzino, and Short Rib Pasta. Complimentary warm bread with butter started our meal. Being a “scratch kitchen," the food was served and made with the freshest ingredients, meaning that there were no frozen or processed foods used in preparing meals for patrons. The food was delicious, and the portions were plentiful. Throughout the meal, the staff, including our servers Danielle and Juan, were attentive without being excessive and did a great job of making sure we were all comfortable. The dinner price was fair for a nice, quality meal. The fact that it is also a BYOB is a bonus. There are a lot of really good restaurants in this area, but this has to be one of the best, so we can recommend this place.“
“First time dining here and we were a party of 6 ..from the moment we walked in,The whole experience was amazing..Food, waite staff and service was exceptional.. I would highly recommend going to Amore, Woodland Park NJ ….and it’s a BYOB !!!!!“
“passed by this place during black friday and they immediately hooked me w/ the buy one drink, get one 50%. i got the lychee crepe and it was honestly super delicious, i was tempted on getting another one. we absolutely inhaled it LOL. the staff was super fast and efficient (although it took about 10 minutes to get our order due to the long long); but honestly, seeing the workers working nonstop and genuinely doing their job made me respect them and give them the 5 stars+tip. may be just a stand in the mall but they're better than the store in fort lee! definitely check it out if you're in the mall“
“I wanted to try the iraqi food so bad and I heard about this place and it was definitely worth the visit! their traditional Iraqi cuisine is absolutely mouthwatering!? From the kebabs to the eggplant salad , every bite is a taste of authenticity. The warm and the welcoming atmosphere adds to the overall experience. You should definitely give it a try!“
“I was brought back to my childhood as the odor of the baked goods hit me as I walked through the door!It has been SO LONG being in a independently owned bakery! The staff was very pleasant the the cookies I purchased were outstanding.I will be back again!“
“I finally got to try the shrimp salad on rye and it was fantastic! Next up, I'm trying to score some of the apricot pastries! Don't miss out on all their pastries and cakes. The lox and cream cheese on rye was also amazing!Parking: 4-8 car parking behind the building.“
“Been there a couple of times for pastries only and coffee. They are great. I believe they have a lunch menú. They do have sitting area. Parking lot a bit small tho--carpool when in large groups. I don't think walking there would be recommended since is right by the junction to route 23 North and traffic is relatively fast. Service and atmosphere always attentive. A whole in the wall and Truly the most authentic Italian bakery I've ever been to in the east coast.Parking: Small parking lot“
“First and foremost, before I even discuss the food I want to address the fact that all of the staff at the diner today seemed genuinely happy to be there. Having worked in food service, that’s generally unheard of. Big props to the owner/ management for creating an environment like that. Now the food: I’m gluten intolerant. I couldn’t contain my smile when I saw the extensive gluten free options and heard of the lengths the kitchen goes to ensure allergy safety. I can’t remember the last time I have had so many wonderful options and could order something so easily. I got the chicken fingers and they were wonderful.Lastly: Safe is a fantastic server and very clearly cares a lot about the diner patrons. Every table that gets him as their server is just as lucky to have him as the diner is.Thank you for a great dinner ? I will be back OFTEN“
“Visited the restaurant for the first time on Easter Sunday with family. My experience from the moment I walked in being greeted by Joe, to the appetizers, main course & dessert was outstanding! What took me so long to get here!! Food was so delicious, the staff was excellent, just a perfect experience ‼️“
“I am a Gluten Free individual that suffers from FOMO. While everyone sits around and enjoys their desserts, I just sit back and watch with a frown on my face. I stumbled upon this place while my daughter was at a nearby piercing establishment. I went in and was greeted by a lovely lady behind the counter. While I was looking at what options were available for me, that lovely lady offered me to sample an item. Never before have I ever been offered a sample of anything Gluten Free. And we all no why that happens. Most of the time the Gluten Free products are horrible; dense, stale, no taste, etc. The item she offered was not good.................it was the best tasting bakery item I have ever had. When I told her that, she offered another item, and another item, and another item. I no longer needed to eat dinner. I was in heaven. I ending up buying three items to take home with me. I shared them with my family members and they agreed that the items was delicious. I will no be a customer for life.......................even so living 50 miles from this bakery.“
“I decided to try a sandwich from this restaurant for the first time. I just ordered a hot chicken cutlet sub and it was the best sandwich I have ever had!! The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the lettuce and tomato were extremely fresh, the bread was also freshly baked! The food is so clean which is the most important and the service was phenomenal. Sweet beautiful young girl rang me up, and that just elevated the entire experience. The food is definitely crafted with love and that is apparent. I will be ordering daily from today forth. Thank you Pizza City! “
“I love everything about this place! The food is outstanding and the staff are amazing! Shout out to Christa, who is the soul of the place, and Cory, who goes above and beyond (crayons & paper for my little one). The cafe is a second home to me :-)“
“This is a wonderful place. I was in the area last night and the owner (or manager?) was still there (even though it was after closing time) and was willing to make a personal pie for me and the person I was with. He was courteous and pleasant and VERY customer friendly. The pie was delicious and unusual (jalapeño/mushrooms plus extra cheese) and the place was clean. Kudos!“
“We were visiting some friends in the area and were looking for a coffee. We loved this little quaint place. Coffee was great, had some oatmeal that was delicious. The croissant with egg and bacon that my wife was great. Definitely would be back!!! Staff was very friendly and courteous.“
“Hidden gem...Hole in the wall. The Iraqi Kababs are mind blowing and the Dolma are a must try for vegetarians. The smoked yogurt drink washes it down perfectly but it might be an acquired taste for some. The eggplant salad is extremely flavorful and a great way to start the meal. For those looking to try something different I highly suggest AlMazaq!“
“We had lunch on a Friday, the restaurant was quiet, but the atmosphere was warm our waiter was very professional, very pleasant. We ordered lunch with main course and dessert. The food was absolutely authentic, high end. My veal chop came with an assortment of mushrooms that were perfectly prepared,: flavorful, seasoned just right. My husband another meat dish from the menu, that he hereby declared truly delicious. We hadn't gone back to Cenzino in a long time, but may well be make it a more regular stop. The restaurant is elegant, pristinely clean. Such a nice time.“
“Amazing coffee location!! I love visiting CoZie for their unique fresh coffee!! The inside is nice and cozie with some unique places to sit however since everyone loves visiting they are usually taken. The menu is extensive with unique coffees like ferrero rocher (they give you a with an actual Ferrero rocher), dulce de leche, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Girl Scout cookies, rose and more. Ive ordered so many different coffees and the salted caramel cold brew is definitely my favorite!!! It is delicious, their coffee is always fresh and tasty. Their cake pops are kids favorites, with unique ones like s’mores that has mini crackers and marshmallows! I definitely recommend, it is delicious! Around the same price of other coffee chains but much better. Support local!!Dietary restrictions: Offer lots of drinks and different milks“
“Saturday before Easter. Walk in! First time...store was busy with customers. Staff was actively attending to all. Waited no more than a minute to be greeted.Ordered a 12 pack of minis. Hope was amazing helping me pick out what should be my mix.Waited a few mire mins to receive order. Can't wait enjoy this treats on Easter!“
“Haven't been to this coffee shop in so long due to not living locally but the coffee was just as good as I remember it last! Came around 10am, was a little busy but service was quick and efficient. The baristas were very friendly and my hot latte w/ oatmilk was really good. Their pastry selection could be a little more appealing but overall, great spot! The cafe has a good amount of seating and restrooms. Street metered parking also all around!“
“AltEats is a hidden gem - I'm so addicted to it. The food is always fresh, delicious, I've yet to eat anything bad everything is amazing. I love the family atmosphere - they make an effort to know every single person that walks through their doors - I'm always greeted by my first name! I don't live in NJ, but every time I come here this is my go to eatery - I can't say enough of how great this place is <3“
“Found this gem accidentally while waiting for my kids at the Willowbrook mall. What a discovery! The owner behind the counter was very kind and pure pleasure to talk to. Her sweet little creations were amazing! I had a mini cake with caramel and cream cheese frosting, and it was such a delight! Perfect smooth texture, properly balanced sweetness that allows to enjoy the taste, not just overpowering sugar like products in many other places. Also the size was just right for one person. I was savoring every bite. And the coffee that she made was perfect to my taste, very smooth and rich. There are also vegan and gluten free options available at the bakery section. Prices are decent as well. My experience with this place was so great that I'll be taking my kids to the Willowbrook more often now!“
“First off, shout out to Bree, the sweetest, most attentive, and most patient waitress! Uncle Louie's is the BEST! We actually found it years ago on a search for "best pizza in Bergen County" during the pandemic and we have driven half an hour to dine there weekly nearly every week since. They are so kind with bringing rolls and bruschetta to the table to start, and, the appetizers, mains, and pies (buffalo calamari, chicken parmigiana, and Uncle Louie's - a spicy deep dish are our go-to's) really do live up to the hype.“
