“After hearing this place was the equal to Katz on the LES I curious but sceptical. It follows the same format food cut to order with samples handed over the counter on a small plate. The sandwiches are huge and the quality excellent. It is small with a few booths along one side of the space and small tables on the other. It was very busy when we went. It's by no means fancy but the food was great and the staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Ps - We got the regular size and couldn't put a dent in it. I can't imagine what the large looks like. I had pastrami/cornedbeef my wife had the brisket which she said was the best ever. The prices are also very reasonable.“

“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“Look it’s a quick eat in or take out kind of place but what makes this place stand out is the staff. The young man from the Ivory Coast and the others from Bangladesh try to help and serve you the best way they can. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity. I had been gone to Asia for 6 weeks and the first place I ate at in Chelsea was HERE. It was nice to be greeted so warmly. I think they changed their French fry supplier for which I am happy about. These are crispier and not those old crinkled tasteless steak fry. They added a new menu item-a hot dog Chicago style. I got my usual Cheeseburger with all the fixings and GRILLED ONIONS. Ah! I was home.

“What a deal and it was great food. There is another Mido cart nearby that was empty (nobody ordering food), so I don’t know what’s going on there, but the food here was great. I had the lamb and chicken on rice with salad. I had white sauce and a but of barbecue sauce with red sauce on the side. For under $10 including tax, it’s one of the best deals you can get. No photos for this review because I ate all the food before I realized I hadn’t taken a photo. It’s great for a late night munch.“

Once you enter go right side and you will find the food court. There is a few seatings inside, but due to covid it is better to take the donuts home. “*It was good but overly hyped online/social media. For a fairly new place, in my opinion, the furniture/decor was meh & could use a reboot. I also didn't like that there wasn't a cash pay option. If there was, we weren't offered it. Also, you can't modify their specialty menu. It says so right on the menu itself. Because of this, I passed on an item. They should add ALL of their toppings to their toppers list & let their customers get creative, leading to more special creations for the business. The fried green beans should also be a side on the menu because they are perfect & the best I've had in a long time. I would go back just for those. You guys should add italian style hotdogs to your menu or a pizza dog, maybe both.

However, the price is higher than other fast food chains, which may deter some customers. Additionally, restaurants are often noisy and the presentation of the dishes is quite basic. Despite this, the quality of the products and the taste more than justify the price.

“I wish I lived closer. I drove to this location from Westchester, NY and it was worth the trip. It was my first time trying Korean food and I'm obsessed. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. The corn dogs and the fried chicken with onions made my weekend. I also tried a variety of drinks, the plum soda and a variety of fruit juices with real fruit. I recommend them all. The service was amazing as well.
