“Not the best barbacoa I’ve had, but still a good one. Reliable tacos with the usual sauces and toppings. You can pay cash at the counter or use your card at the kiosk. Staff is friendly, but you may need to pay closer attention if you order through the kiosk to make sure your order is being prepared. Happy to support Chef Cristina and her cooking!“

“We went for dinner around 5pm today with a group of 7 and everything was fantastic!!! The food was so fresh and flavorful. You can definitely tell they put love into their food and pride themselves on great presentation. BYOB with great mixers and smoothies. The service was very attentive and friendly. “Our second visit on 9/18/2025. We were celebrating my birthday and I’m glad I chose to come. The food was delicious and our byob of choice was Tequila. Margaritas were made and did not disappoint us. Noelia our server was amazing. Very kind and friendly as well as accommodating at all times with a smile. She even saw us leaving and made sure to say goodbye and so did the hostess. We were also happy to get to see the Mgr before she got off for the night and she remembered us from our very first visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

It seems like this place is slept on gem compared to other NoLibs brunch spots. We had the omelette plate and plaintain French toast and it was sooo flavorful and delicious. Will be coming here as my main brunch spot from now on.“

“Needed a place to duck into for an hour or so and they were very accommodating. We ordered the papusas and chips and salsa and both were very good. Drinks we ordered were also very refreshing and they had an extensive selection. The menu and reviews made us want to for a full meal.“

“I’ve been visiting this restaurant for a little over a year now and it’s easily one of my favorite spots. I typically come during late lunch hours, grab a seat at the bar and enjoy some quiet time reading, scrolling, or chatting with the staff.

The service is always top-notch. Becky and Carlito are incredible , welcoming, attentive and just genuinely good energy to be around. They both also makes the best spicy strawberry margaritas, hands down !

Now the food? Always fresh, always hot and packed with flavor. I rotate between two favorites but let me just say the chicken verde enchiladas are next-level ! The chicken is tender, the verde sauce is flavorful with just the right amount of tang and spice and it’s plated with care. Every bite hits. It’s comforting, satisfying, and honestly one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. When I’m not ordering that, I go for the steak fajitas which are equally amazing and full of flavor.

The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and never too crowded. It’s a great spot whether you’re coming solo, on a date or with family.

While I do wish they stayed open a bit later, I appreciate that keeping limited hours helps them maintain their high standard of service and food quality. That’s rare and worth protecting.

“I went to Palenque with my family today, 2 young kids and my two in laws who are a bit older. Please note that my Chinese in laws aren’t the most adventurous when it comes to food, but we all loved the food! We ordered a Mole Poblano, Al Pastor, Beef Tongue and Fish tacos, and a Guacamole. Portion sizes were great, all the meats and ingredients were cooked impeccably and authentically. I particularly loved the Mole, the sauce was rich and flavourful, and its consistency was smooth and creamy like the best out there. Will definitely love to come back again some day! Highly recommended.“

“I stopped into this spot after Joel, the owner, had posted it out on another platform. The street tacos were deliciously messy. There was such a great portion of meat on each taco I was only able to eat 3 of 4. The ability to customize my taco was wonderful! Ask for extra napkins + limes. I will be returning often here for sure. Plus, they cater! And there are even delivery options. Great local, neighborhood spot! 5 out of 5!“

“After having Taco Taco, I will never return to Chipotle ever again. Taco Taco is so fast, they have the friendliest staff and seriously serve the best burritos in West Philly. This has become a staple to many of my Saturday nights and I cannot recommend Taco Taco enough to those in the area. I get the al pastor every time!“
