“Adam is one of the best managers I have ever met. His attention to detail is fantastic and the store runs like a watch. The food is consistent, fresh, and the rest of the staff follows his lead. I've met the owner, I expect no less from him, and the extras this store offers are an absolute bonus that many would Enjoy!Fast food, and "fast retail" in general is hard. Part of it of course, is keeping the customer happy. I think the bigger part, based on my own experience, is getting people hired in the store that are willing to meet these expectations. It's very hard to grab people who are willing to meet these expectations, let alone exceed them! Especially for fast food, or any retail experience which doesn't involve a full store, you're mainly dealing with high schoolers or inexperienced people. What many customers don't understand is that it is very difficult to both stay competitive AND hire people that are willing to work both the hours and the schedules that are required for these types of vusinesses , and give 120% daily.Both Adam and his franchisee understand that in order for this Burger King to be successful, they need dedicated staff who are both trained and experienced on operating the equipment, and care enough about the customers experience to push themselves forward in their own careers. I strongly believe that Adam and his franchisee have managed to find the best possible employees for this location.If you consider that they could literally hire anyone, and have not, but rather have hired staff who want to work and put the effort in every day to make sure that US , the CUSTOMERS , have the best experience... This is what everyone should be looking for as far as fast food is concerned. It's one of those things that's often overlooked.I guarantee if you go to this location, you will get not only the fastest possible checkout process, shortest wait times possible, but more importantly you will be greeted with staff that have been personally vetted and trained to be among the best . This store is absolutely Immaculate inside both in the back and in the front, and the overall store management pushes very hard to maintain this image.“

“An absolute gem added to downtown Berkeley Heights. Everything from start to finish was top notch. Rolls and garlic herb olive oil were tasty. Meatballs and coconut shrimp were excellent starters. Branzino was fresh and the red pepper sauce complimented the fish well. Braised short rib & vincotto chicken were very well constructed dishes. Pistachio tiramisu (homemade) capped off an awesome dinner.Service was on point throughout, very professional with smiling faces. We will be back without a doubt. BYOB and easy parking.“

We hired Clemente to cater my birthday based upon a great friend's recommendation... and my man did not disappoint!!!!! Catering - ask for the Pasta Genovese - your mind will be blown. His meatballs and gravy are outta hand. My friend's still talk about his food months later. Not only is Clemente great chef but he is a great person! “First time having Hangry Joe's. Will definitely return! I'm a fan of Nashville Hot Chicken. Always a little skeptical of anyone claiming they make hot chicken when not in the Nashville region. Wow! I was very impressed! It's not Nashville, but not trying to be. It's more of a fusion. But don't hesitate, it's good! I got the sando at hot level. Had a nice burn and the slaw is a perfect compliment. The fry crisp was excellent. The chicken is flattened so it overflows the sandwich- you can get some bites of just this perfect hot chicken and then dig into a sandwich. At the time of our visit they had run short of bubble milk teas, but I'm sure they go well with the meal and I'll absolutely try it on the next visit.“

“Went here on a Monday with my wife. The storefront is kind of tucked in behind another building so you can't see it from the road. Basically you have to plan to go there, rather than wander in aimlessly. The restaurant was not crowded, so we had a seat and were able to place our orders right away. The restaurant is clean with plenty of room to move about. I had an angus burger baha style and a side of Spanish rice and my wife got the angus burger as protein on top of a salad. The server brought our orders promptly to our table and commented that he had never seen someone order a burger baha style. Frankly, the flavors blended very well, in my opinion. The Spanish rice was delicious and came with little bits of chouriço. My wife enjoyed the freshness of the salad as well as the portion. Enough left over for a lunch. We will definitely be back.“

“This is a review of my pickup experience from tonight, 4/17/24. I placed an order on the app for pickup. My son went to pick it up. By the time I came home and looked at the order, there were no utensils, napkins, ketchup, and straws. Worse yet, my lemonade was missing. I called the manager, and he apologized, and asked me to go back to pick up the lemonade. When I arrived, I asked to speak to the manager. He came quickly, and apologized. I told him all the utensils were missing. He said there was an option on the app...I told him I would show him the receipt if needed. He said no need. I also said clearly your drinks were all behind the counter. No way could the staff packing my order would miss the lemonade. He again apologized, and asked me to wait. He came back with 2 coupons for a free shake and a free chicken burger. I said that was not necessary, but such a nice gesture. We ordered from this location several times, and nothing like this has happened before. I do think the manager is on top of the store and his staff. Hopefully this will never happen again to any other patrons.“
