“This fine Italian deli has been around since 1996. I used to work up the block and came here regularly for lunch sandwiches or a homemade chicken parmesan or eggplant parmesan. I moved out of the area after retiring, and I was back visiting in Hackensack. We went here for lunch hero sandwiches. We all opted for a number 10, turkey with fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, and balsamic vinegar. Ooooh, so good! Just like what I remember from 25 years ago. Cosmo looks the same..... just a little older! We washed the sandwiches down with Dr Brown' cream sodas. They also carry Stewart's sodas. Wow! You don't find that delicious soda in a deli often. Cosmo carries the best products! BTW: the sandwiches are loaded up with the ingredients; there's no skimping here. I totally forgot sandwich photos before I ate half, as we all dove in to eat after getting home. Parking is just behind the deli. If you're traveling down Rt 4, get off at either Main St (eastbound) or Kinderkamack Rd (westbound). I highly recommend this excellent Italian deli. It's the real deal!“

“This place is the real deal—authentic, welcoming, and packed with flavor. The staff was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Whenever in the area this is a must. They're many locations in the area and i have been to them all but this one is the only one i will be visiting. The quality, cleanliness, and pricing is a no brainer. Thank you Parisi's Deli for making my decision so easy when wanting quality food and service.“

“Wonderful! The hero was so good. Nice and soft bread and just enough of everything on it. I had that with the pasta salad. All very reasonable pricing and everything looks really delectable. Can't wait to try their vodka sauce and calamari.“

“First time going in tonight I was feigning for pizza all day needed a good place this place was only 3 minutes away from me first time ever ordering and I love the pizza loved the pizza guy which I’m sure is the owner the young beautiful lady at the counter is also great! I appreciate the amazing services the best part walking inside that place made me feel like I was back in the 80s & 90s will definitely go again

“Had a hot grilled chicken on a roll, lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing. Friendly and fast service. Great sandwich. Also got a packet of chips. A few two seater tables inside. Was my lunch stop during jury duty. Just 2 minutes walk from courthouse.“

“I noticed a chalkboard sign out on the sidewalk with a list of tasty birria options and it enticed my husband and I to go in and try their food and oh we are so glad we did! This is our new favorite spot for all things birria not to mention their carne asada fries it was so good definitely a must try. Highly recommend!“

“Courteous, family run business! Their sauce is made fresh, everyday. And it tastes like it! Wow! I've been to so many different acidy sauce "heartburn" pizzerias, throughout the Bergen County area, and I always need Alkaseltzer, after eating their burned sauced foods. It's terrible, how they reheat and overcook their sauce. But, not this one! This place is the best! By far! Absolutely no heartburn! I have tried many menu items, too. I've been frequently going there, over a year now. Their food is more in the lines of what you'd expect to taste at a fine Italian restaurant. Certainly, not a common pizzeria. Pricing is great, too! This place and the staff of employees, along with the new owner and his kids, deserve every bit of (5) stars! The absolute best around!“
