“I rarely write public comments but was compelled to share my own experience at this Starbucks location given a few (unfair) negative reviews that I saw posted here. I visit this Starbucks “every” morning and “every” morning I’m greeted by name with kind hellos from Missy and the other staff members. They do this despite their location sometimes seeing long morning lines. My drink is almost always correct - perfect taste, perfect temperature - and on the rogue occasion where I need my drink corrected a little (which happens at every Starbucks) the staff at this location always assists me without complication. Concerning some of the negative reviews: Starbucks isn’t your therapist. The employees who work here or at any Starbucks location work hard each day - at a job that from all appearances… seems mighty difficult to do while maintaining 100% proper eye contact and a chipper enough disposition to satisfy the types of customers who are so desperate for unnecessary levels of validation that they’re looking for it at Starbucks. We should all have the same expectation for Starbucks. That we’re treated as important customers and that we receive a good product. By that measuring stick alone - this Starbucks location passes with flying colors!“

“I live approximately 2 minutes from this Dunkin’. Every time I go there I receive great customer service. I always am greeted by Chanchal and the ladies. If I have any concerns about an order, they are always quick to take action. I have no complaints about this location.“

“Last night, I stopped in for a Happy Meal for my 4 year old. He has really loved the Marvel hero figures. The manager Kelly went out of her way to find my son one of Marvel heroes he did not already have. This was the second time in a week she had done this for us, and it made his night. “It’s places like this that make me love Philly! This quaint, locally-owned coffee shop is hands down one of the best I’ve been to.

I tried their seasonal German Toffee Latte, and it did not disappoint! The chocolate-chip cookie, topped with sea salt, and the chocolate croissant were both incredible—perfectly balanced sweetness.

I’ll definitely be back and highly, highly recommend!“
