“The calamari, fire cracker shrimp, asparagus and cowboy steak were all cooked with perfection. Perfect dry vodka martini with three very large blue cheese olives was one of the best I've ever had...and the banana bread putting was the cherry that topped this perfect meal. I'll definitely return soon.“

“Selected this restaurant for a Friday night birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Laura S was attentive, very personable, and notably egar to make our experience enjoyable. The tableside-made caesar salad was great, the salmon and prime rib dinners were outstanding. Jacob, the asst. manager came by twice to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and the meals met our expectations...a very nice touch. We have not had this type of quality service in a long time, it made us feel truly appreciated as customers.“

“We were there last night for dinner and to see the band. What a pleasant experience ! Upon driving up didn’t know what to expect, our first time there. Friendly staff all around beginning with receptionist who gave us a little tour of the layout. Our server was so busy very pleasant and attentive, food was excellent, high quality and delicious. After dinner went to the outside bar where the band was performing. Again very pleasant and attentive servers. If you’ve been there you know, if not make plans to go. Thank you Union House for a very pleasant evening.“

“I took my mother to Redstone for an "early bird" Thanksgiving dinner and it was the best Thanksgiving that we've ever had outside of our own homes. 5 stars out of 5!“

“Food was ok. Pickle chicken sandwich was good. Fries were cold. An Ithaca beer on tap was $8.50!! Dogfish IPA $9.50. Just a bit steep! Beer is cheaper at a casino in AC!!“
