“We had a wonderful birthday dinner. They had some cute birthday confetti on the table and a birthday card which was a nice touch. The dumplings, beet salad, scallops, brussel sprouts,and stuffed shrimp were all delicious! The drinks were great. Dessert selection was nice - the lemon tart was fantastic. Loved listening to the live jazz band which raised the bar for the atmosphere. Will definitely return. High class restaurant with high class service!“

“The workers/owners are so nice and the food is INCREDIBLE for the price. Seafood boil in this day and age is so expensive and here I can get 1/b crab legs, a potato, an egg, and cajun fries for close to $25. The hibachi menu is also DELICIOUS. I have ordered for pickup here with my mother twice and both times service was fast and the food was delicious.“

“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

“Yes..Staff, Service and Food always great! Have been dining here since they opened. We enjoy the Jekyll and Hyde calamari and the spiedini appetizers. Anton makes a great rack of pork and filet mignon. We ended with cappuccinos which hit the spot. 👍👍👍👍👍“

“My brothers and I hosted our dad’s 60th birthday in one of the private rooms upstairs. Maria took care of us and service was incredible all night! We chose the 3 course sit down menu and family style appetizers which were all incredible. I highly recommend coming here for a private event and will be back soon to try the rest of the menu!“

“Where can one find fish fresher than at this restaurant that is a fish market during the day? In my opinion, nowhere in this area does the seafood in this area compare.\n\nThis is our third time here in four weeks, and they haven’t disappointed us. Incredible service with an extensive menu at fair prices, this place is a must to try.\n\nKenny, not sure if he’s the manager, apologized for running out of steamers. He assured us that if I call in advance to reserve, he will hold an order for me.\n\nWe shall return!!“

“I was excited to get warm with soup after Pompton Lakes’ Holiday Stroll. I got the Hot Lemongrass Beef Pho. This is hands down the best pho I’ve had since leaving California. Boiling Pho is legit!! The noodles were chewy and not soggy. The beef brisket was so tender. The sliced beef was fresh. The broth was immaculate on a cold night and super flavorful. Nothing beats a good bowl of pho. I can’t wait to include this place in my weeknight dinner rotation! Thank you for the great food, atmosphere, and service!!“

“First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio's overhead, nicely done...“

“Drove from Orange County,New York. FRESH fish and seafood at very reasonable prices. Will even cook you a fish fry. Bought mussels, clams, live crabs, calamari, and salmon. Only issue was the salmon was not deboned at all, but I'm still rating 5 stars!“

“Dinner choices were great, I was only sorry to not order the soft shell crabs which were on special that night! What we did chose was cooked to perfection , the stuffed flounder for me and a pasta dish with scallops & shrimp for my hubby, we thoroughly enjoyed them. It was our 1st dining experience here, and will definitely be back; but we were already familiar with the Seafood Market that they have since we've purchased fresh fish during Lent which was totally great!“

“I recently ordered from The Den, it’s a charming new BYOB spot that has quickly become a favorite. The service was impeccable from start to finish; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. As for the food, every dish was a masterpiece—beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the perfectly seasoned appetizers to the mouthwatering entrees, each bite was a delight. The freshness of the ingredients and the chef's skillful preparation were evident in every course. “I Sent my friend a Johnny's pizza for his 70th birthday last week. Unbeknownst to me, my friend was in the hospital during that time. I called Johnny's and advised them of this and they very graciously Sent a free pizza, celebrating my friends healthy return home. My old friend just finished the pizza, and shared it was delicious. “Food was ok. Seafood boil was not that great. Corn was mushy, shrimp was , potatoes were a little hard, eggs were missing most of the white because I guess they couldn't peel it and one egg was not hard boiled . Whiting fish sandwich was not that good. My daughter liked the lobster roll though. Very hot in the restaurant, with flies.“

“After months of hearing Chengdu 23 advertised on 105.5 WDHA, my wife and I decided to try it this evening. we were not disappointed! From the minute we walked in the door, our experience was 100% positive. The service was fast, courteous, and intuitive. The food was sublime. “Matthew 's Restaurant is 1 of the best restaurants in North NJ if NOT The Best. The food is always Delicious & Service is excellent. Beyond that, the atmosphere or aviance is excellent. The vibe & energy is first rate positive fun & culinary enjoyment. I believe that this fine dining experience is also driven by the owner Matthew who is usually in the restaurant greeting guests & helping out. When you visit Matthew's you'll have a great time and it'll feel like you're on mini-vacation from the stress of every day life while seemingly enjoying the warmth of family. It may be a cliche but it's definitely true. 10 stars ⭐ out of 10.“

“Always a steady goto in our restaurant rotation. Seasons 52 in Paramus never disappoints. Their Pork Chop is one of my favorite entrees along with the Filet Mignon and Lobster, you can't go wrong with the flatbreads, tuna tartare, golden beet salad, and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad. Something for everybody. Cartier and the rest of the crew that works the bar are great, and always welcome us back when visit.“

“Been going here since 2018 my Grandma introduced me to this restaurant telling you it's the best seafood 🦞 in the state salmon cheesesteak salmon teriyaki with the rice 🍚 and veggies my favorite I recommend everyone go try this place been around for the longest Everytime I'm in the city I gotta stop here to get food fried fish with the butter sauce is amazing broccoli 🥦 potatoes plus the wings are good I never had the steak but hopefully one day I try it aye and Buca be in the kitchen cheffing it up he's a good person he care for his community soon I will do a food review video I recommend everyone go try this place I give their food million plus rating much support 💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏✨✨✨❤️🔥🔥“
