“Went to see a friend's band, Release the houndz, and had a great time!Service was awesome, even though it looked like she was on her own and the bar bands area was packed. She was so friendly!Food was good as well. We ordered a few appetizers and a pizza and all were tasty. Wings were especially good!!! Crispy but not overcooked.Nice place. “I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Daily Planet and was fortunate enough to encounter Ivy the bartender! Despite the bar being busy, Ivy was attentive, friendly, and seemed to be generally interested in engaging with patrons. She interacted with everyone at the bar and made sure that they had everything they needed. As someone who worked in service for years, you experience all types of personalities good and bad. It’s refreshing to see someone behind the bar who enjoys what they do. I would come back just for the positive atmosphere that the Daily Planet has while Ivy is bartending!“

“Living close to the NY/PA/NJ border definitely has its perks.Decided to head over to Sussex County NJ to try something new for lunch. First of all, the beer flights are only $7, the downside is all beer is served in plastic cups, but the pours are nice size. They do have wine but nothing that this wine snob wanted, lol. The kitchen offers something for everyone. I had the hot Italian panini, my husband the pepperoni pizza, zero complaints. Big bonus there's was music on Sunday! Nice gentleman singing not your ordinary songs, like Eleanor Ribgy! Very cool.2nd Bonus.There's specific parking spots for motorcycles. So we will definitely be back on our scoot with some friends, scenic route from home is no highway. Nice outdoor seating and ice cream for kids, bring the whole fam, no dogs tho.“

“New chef absolutely turned this place around. My gosh. What a difference. The ambiance is awesome and the food is perfection. The octopus is always my favorite and I usually get the porter house or the surf and turf. Put this in the rotation for date nights and great setting for socializing and friends.“

“I have lived in the area for 25+ years and have driven by the little sign on Route 1 pointing the way to this little gem thousands of times.Thanks to a New Years resolution to eat at every place I have never been to , I made reservations for the Crystal Inn.Its been there for @60 years and is kind of a local institution.First of all the prices are very affordable when compared to the Warwick restaurants that act like they are in NYC with their crazy prices!Five of us went out for $180 which included drinks and tip. Amazing!The French onion soup was very good and my steak sandwich was great.Stop in next time you are in Warwick.“

“Imagine the vibe and atmosphere Cracker Barrel goes for - a rustic, old world, farm and industry inspired, old timey facade.This place is like that, but everything from the structural timbers of the building to the artifacts on the wall are all real, 100% authentic, everything there has actual history and was used at that location. Even if you don't care about that you'll find yourself admiring the building itself because things just are not built like that today.The service is great and the food is excellent. The prices are high, but the quality the food, the atmosphere and the service is absolutely worth it.“
