Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!

I promise go in there with a smile, be patient and give them space and they will do the world for you. There are fantastic souls working here on Passaic for our benefit.

“I was a little hesitant to stay due to the previous reviews. Which commented that air wasn’t working and staff was rude. But husband called and spoke with a gentleman to verify that they had working air conditioning due to the fact that the week we were there it had been 96-98 actual temps The gentleman assured us it was working (but was a little sarcastic when saying goodbye) But we were very pleased with the room. It needed some updating but air worked great and the ladies at the desk were fantastic! Very friendly and extremely helpful!!“

The food was good I had a cheese and ham croissant and a blueberry muffin heated with butter . I had a cold vanilla iced coffee and I tried the mango pineapple tea drink it was not too sweet and I drank the entire drink .They have good wifi and sat down there to eat and drink. “I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“Dunkin’ Donuts is a wonderful place to get drinks and coffee. I prefer to get the unsweet tea and I get the bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap. My husband loves that smacking bacon. I tasted the other day it taste like candy to me. Wow it’s delicious not bad.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat.
