“Yesterday was my first time in Newark, and I promise you without any exaggeration this place had the best pizza I ever had in my life. I ordered a Pepperoni slice (it was giant) with a side of fries. when you eat both the pizza and the fries together its 15/10 you got to try this spot.“

“Ate here before a Red Bulls game on a Saturday evening due to a friend’s enthusiastic recommendation. I saw a previous review recommended making a reservation, which I thankfully did since all the sit down tables were reserved and a few people were turned away. Food was great, neighborhood Italian style, and service was friendly and efficient. Mozzarella sticks, linguine with clam sauce, veal marsala were highlights. Get the parking pass when you pay your bill and the walk to the stadium is about 10 min. Will definitely return to try the Sicilian pizza next time.“

“Let me start off with saying the pizza at this restaurant was phenomenal… real Italian pizza we order a 28”inch and omggggg the slices were huge like New York pizza my kids really enjoyed that not to mention the customer service was amazing I didn’t ask the young lady’s name but I asked her questions about the establishment and she answered with confidence and pride that my family would enjoy this pizza… my husband started we have finally found a new real pizzeria and this is our new place.. we thank you very kindly for your service ?“

“Few places are as accommodating as the staff here. The menu, although on available digitally, is extensive. Large selection of GF (gluten free) items. You can start with apps, choose from pizza or pasta as an entree. It is BYOB and that can make for a fun evening. They will accommodate to suit taste, we had someone that was sensitive to sodium, they adjusted sted the entree to suit. The place is small, the food tasty and seriously, the service is over the top.“

Tomato slices were phenomenal where the tomato sauce was but dry every where else. Still, with that crunchy crust and great flavor... Great job guys. “I’ve been looking for a Neapolitan pizza place for a bit and I just happened to see one in my own neighborhood! The pizza was incredible. The dough was perfect and the toppings complemented eachother really well. Staff was so warm and welcoming. It’s a cute little spot and feels cozy and comfortable inside. Will be coming back! “If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. I wanted my husband who’s from Baltimore to try zeppole, he’s never heard of it and for me, growing up in Bk and Staten Island it was one of my childhood favs. They didn’t have any made when I asked about it which was fine but while I was in conversation with their delivery driver the owner came out with some. “Went for dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, devoting just the right amount of time to us. We ordered cesear salad to start, seafood fra diavolo, and the butternut squash ravioli with broccoli rabe and shallots in brown butter. The salad was crisp and dressed nicely, with shaved Parmesan and croutons. But the highlight was the seafood fra diavolo. The seafood was so fresh, plentiful, and the heat was just right. The platter was full of seafood and all of it was delicious. The butternut squash ravioli was stuffed full of puree and simply melted in your mouth. The broccoli rabe was somewhat bitter, but the shallot and brown butter sauce balanced it out. Both entrees were a nice portion size. We ordered pizzepoles for dessert which came with Nutella and raspberry dipping sauce. They came in the traditional brown paper bag for shaking to distribute the powdered sugar and they were hot and fresh. The atmosphere is upbeat with plenty of seating in comfortable chairs or bench seating. Lighting is good and music is not too loud. We were pleasantly surprised by our bill at the end despite having waited a little longer for the check than we liked, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back to try some of the delicious pizzas we saw come out of the oven. “Ordered for pick-up for lunch on a Friday, and was quoted a 20-30 minute wait time. No online ordering, and cash only. We ordered a supreme Sicilian pie, which had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives, and anchovies. They'll ask if you want anchovies included, which is nice since it's not for everyone. I happen to like anchovies so I appreciated that this was included because not many places do. I liked the crust - it had the perfect amount of crispiness and bite to it. Pies are on the pricier side - this one was $30, but they don't skimp on the toppings. Would definitely order again next time I'm in the mood for a Sicilian slice.“

“My first trip to Jersey lead me to Tinos and I am so lucky to have found them! Their cute outdoor dining area was shaded. Menu has tons of options - I had the Margherita pizza, Pinot and a cannoli! All are delicious and I can't wait to return. The pizza is the best I've ever had - crispy but still foldable thin crust, flavorful sauce, and top quality mozzarella and EVOO. My waiter was kind and attentive, who informed me that Tino still comes in and does things like weeding the plants. He also said that they are terrific employers. Not many places today hit all the check marks, but Tino's hits it out of the ballpark.“

“I was driving from Boston to DC and was looking for a pizza/Italian place outside NYC. My son found this simply googling for such a place while I was driving. Stumbled on Amadeo and glad I did. We had their classic margarita pizza and loved it. The crust was firm but not too crunchy and the sauce was unique and delicious. They told me it is homemade and a family recipe. Really liked it! Even had some delicious pumpkin cheesecake on the road.“

“Bought three slices of pizza here tonight.
The boss' service was very good and he patiently heated up the pizza. The brother who was sitting next to me drinking beer was also very friendly and told me that the similar looking pizzas were not the same, they used different cheese.
The pizza is really, really delicious. It's the best pizza I've ever had in Bloomfield.
It's a pity that the six point bar does not have such good service. They didn't believe my student ID and refused to sell me alcohol, however the bar opposite welcomed me warmly.
