“My buddy talked highly of this place so I gave it a shot. In less than a month I've made the trip 3 times and can't wait foe the next. The owner and his wife are fantastic, welcoming, and super into thier craft. I say craft because these aren't generic combinations, theyre thought out combinations and flavors that work perfectly in whatever way you like. It's my favorite hot dog spot I've ever visited. I can't wait to go again!“

“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“Popped over with my 8-year-old that “needed” a hot dog. Adorable historic spot … we were incredibly impressed with the fresh buns and the very very hot spicy chili that did not disappoint. Staff was fantastic and the line was out the door, but they knew exactly how to hustle people through. Understand why this is included on the New Jersey hotdog Trail and people need to go here!!!“

“Exceptionally tasty ! This little place located in the Korean neighborhood is a true gem. They offer a wide variety of choices and are a good option if you want to experience a vegetarian hot dog. It can get crowded so you can expect a bit of wait during peak hours.

“Classic North Jersey/Paterson-style hot Texas weiners. Deep fried Thumann's hot dog that hangs off the warm bun, mustard, diced white onion, and topped with delicious Greek chili. Busy inside even after lunch, in a nice standalone building. Love the RC Cola and red birch beer fountain sodas on tap.“

“First noticed while watching the movie Fools rush in. Since my last name is Gray I always wanted to go there. Been there in 2010 the first time and immediately fell in love. A couple a weeks ago I went to New York on short notice and the first thing on my to do list was going there. Say what you want. Those are the best hot dogs on the planet. “Look it’s a quick eat in or take out kind of place but what makes this place stand out is the staff. The young man from the Ivory Coast and the others from Bangladesh try to help and serve you the best way they can. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity. I had been gone to Asia for 6 weeks and the first place I ate at in Chelsea was HERE. It was nice to be greeted so warmly. I think they changed their French fry supplier for which I am happy about. These are crispier and not those old crinkled tasteless steak fry. They added a new menu item-a hot dog Chicago style. I got my usual Cheeseburger with all the fixings and GRILLED ONIONS. Ah! I was home.

“After hearing this place was the equal to Katz on the LES I curious but sceptical. It follows the same format food cut to order with samples handed over the counter on a small plate. The sandwiches are huge and the quality excellent. It is small with a few booths along one side of the space and small tables on the other. It was very busy when we went. It's by no means fancy but the food was great and the staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Ps - We got the regular size and couldn't put a dent in it. I can't imagine what the large looks like. I had pastrami/cornedbeef my wife had the brisket which she said was the best ever. The prices are also very reasonable.“

“The egg toasts were delectable! Actually so happy my sister and I chose to come by. It has a tiny kick of spice which was a pleasant surprise. My sister got the vanilla flat white coffee and she loved it and finished it so quickly. The only thing I wasn't over the

“A place with a wonderful atmosphere. The view is beautiful. You can admire the sunset and then beautifully illuminated Manhattan. I would definitely come back for this atmosphere. A very large selection of beers, all the ones I tried were good. As for the food, it was ok. It wasn't anything outstanding but it was tasty. The meat was well cooked and had a nice grilled flavor. The whole dish would need some original sauces that would make everything less dry.“

I ordered a Bomb Bacon Burger, Crispy Chicken Bacon, Chicken Fingers, Fries & Mozzarella Sticks and everything was well cooked, packed neatly and tasted extremely well. “What a deal and it was great food. There is another Mido cart nearby that was empty (nobody ordering food), so I don’t know what’s going on there, but the food here was great. I had the lamb and chicken on rice with salad. I had white sauce and a but of barbecue sauce with red sauce on the side. For under $10 including tax, it’s one of the best deals you can get. No photos for this review because I ate all the food before I realized I hadn’t taken a photo. It’s great for a late night munch.“
