“Great spot! There’s plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. We ordered an iced macchiato and it has to be the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. We also tried their cannolis. They were amazing! The cream was smooth and perfectly sweet. The food was delicious! We tried a sandwich and the garlic bread. Everything was fresh. The prices were what’s expected of good quality food. We will be going back! They are kid friendly!“

The coffee was freshly grounded and hot, all of the fruit was ripe and perfect, the eggs were fluffy and my nephew loved the fresh muffins. It never disappoints…great flavors, including a no sugar added option, and assorted toppings, some of which are very healthy like blueberries, strawberries, and walnuts. I have been a customer since it opened15 years ago! The owner, Gary, is super nice and friendly. He recently did a makeover and the place is beautiful! I didn’t have high expectations or anything but I was curious. And it is fabuloussssss - the New Orleans cold brew! I had New Orleans cold brew in New Orleans and always try it black first. When I did it had a very licorice bitter taste. Rook advertised theirs as dark chocolatey and that is what it truly was. I could drink it black but then I added oat milk and it is divine. Love love love! Thank you Rook! Come to NYC 😘“

“Father’s Day weekend breakfast at the local Panera was a delight. The manager personally serviced our party of three with a chipper demeanor. The music was family appropriate making the atmosphere very serene. I will recommend this lunch spot to my friends and family for a cozy little lunch.“

I am an absolute fan however of any restaurant that has consistent great customer service on all fronts from supervisor to the kitchen crew. The cleanliness and layout also wonderful. They have self service if you are the type in a rush however my preference is to deal with people . I can only say be patient when waiting for someone to assist but overall great experience each time so far.“

“Panera makes rather good and unique sandwiches and salads. They don't seem to have a large variety on the menu, but what they make I think is pretty good. I do enjoy their bread, especially with soup. Like being able to customize the salads with the toppings and everything on the screens. For me this is a nice convenience.“
