“This Dairy Queen is perhaps one of the cleanest I have been in. The staff are constantly cleaning the main area, counters and kitchen. You can tell that the staff takes good care of the place and anything you get will be fresh. One of the ice cream cakes purchased from their store is the best I have ever had. The ice cream tastes so rich, creamy and fresh. If I need a cake, this is the place to go! Just a word to the wise....this Dairy Queen is located in a shopping plaza with a toy store and a pharmacy. It may be hard to see from Rt 35 so make sure you don't drive past it by mistake!“

“Me and my family love this place. I get that fatboy excitement when I see a Nicholas Creamery text come in, telling about what new flavor is in. Italian rainbow cookie, cannoli, and pineapple cake being my favorites in that order. However, as of late my pints have been light. Last time it was my cannoli pint, nowhere near full. Ok, 1 time no big deal. Their scoops are almost always healthy. Then today again. My favorite, Italian rainbow cookie is back. So, I got 2 pints. They got them from the back. I didnt check just rushed home so it wouldn't melt and so me and my family could enjoy. Again, nowhere near full. 😑 I feel cheated. Check the pics. That said, I'll still be back“

“My family and I are obsessed with this place! All of the young workers are so kind and courteous. They are constantly cleaning up the yogurt machines and the topping stations and it looks super nice.
There's a wide variety of toppings and they're not basic either! My favorite is the sauce/ wet topping station. It's got everything from hot fudge to marshmallow drizzle and reese's peanut butter sauce!
I honestly can say I enjoy coming here more than getting an ice cream from an ice cream place. I'd highly recommend it for the topping selection and lots of variety.
Shoutout to the workers and owner for their great business! Also, the fish aquarium is so pretty and they're always playing something fun on TV for my kids to watch. 10/10!“

Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? “Been a while since I've seen a Tom Carvel ad (I suspect he's dipping cones in hot fudge in the heaven location now), and maybe 15+ years since I've enjoyed the custard at Carvel. Have done lotsa DQing. It's okay. And I think the dense, dense thick custard at Rita's may be a richer take on the confection. But Tom's custard was great on a hot late summer day.“

For some reason Uber eats canceled the order, I called and spoke to the manager and she had no knowledge of the cancellation. She had my order still sitting ready to go! We are repeat customers here at Ryan's, which has a very nice selection of ice cream, including soft serve. It's located on a main drag and should do great business, but we were there five minutes after opening (couldn't wait ?) so it was all ours.“

The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!“

“Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers.
