“This Dairy Queen is perhaps one of the cleanest I have been in. The staff are constantly cleaning the main area, counters and kitchen. You can tell that the staff takes good care of the place and anything you get will be fresh. One of the ice cream cakes purchased from their store is the best I have ever had. The ice cream tastes so rich, creamy and fresh. If I need a cake, this is the place to go! Just a word to the wise....this Dairy Queen is located in a shopping plaza with a toy store and a pharmacy. It may be hard to see from Rt 35 so make sure you don't drive past it by mistake!“

“My family and I are obsessed with this place! All of the young workers are so kind and courteous. They are constantly cleaning up the yogurt machines and the topping stations and it looks super nice.
There's a wide variety of toppings and they're not basic either! My favorite is the sauce/ wet topping station. It's got everything from hot fudge to marshmallow drizzle and reese's peanut butter sauce!
I honestly can say I enjoy coming here more than getting an ice cream from an ice cream place. I'd highly recommend it for the topping selection and lots of variety.

“I have been a Lighthouse Italian Ice fan for my entire life. I believe this Lighthouse location makes the most delicious ice and ice cream. Kevin uses fresh fruit when in season to make some of his ices and ice creams. I think it's the best Lighthouse there is!“

“Been a while since I've seen a Tom Carvel ad (I suspect he's dipping cones in hot fudge in the heaven location now), and maybe 15+ years since I've enjoyed the custard at Carvel. Have done lotsa DQing. It's okay. And I think the dense, dense thick custard at Rita's may be a richer take on the confection. But Tom's custard was great on a hot late summer day.“

I visited the store around the same time the last two reviews were posted with my kids and was disheartened to see the negative feedback from grown adults, given the store's high volume of customers at the time of the review and the evident efforts of the staff, who are working diligently for minimum wage. Having been a frequent patron, I have consistently experienced exceptional service and care by the staff.“

Tonight I ordered a 4 pack to get delivered and within in the 2 minutes it took for me to get outside, raccoons stole 3/4
cookies. I ordered another one, telling them they got stolen bc i thought it was funny, and asked them to text me before arrival so it wouldn’t happen again lol.

You make your choice and get what you expect to get. Coldstone is for big, tasty, and pricey.“

“As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs.
