“Hidden gem of a restaurant-Came to this area of NJ visiting Crystal spring resort and found Blue spice kitchen and decided to try it out with my wife.First impressions walking in - amazing decor, love the interior design. Atmosphere was warm and cozy. Everything was clean.The waitress (Kierra - sorry if got the name wrong) - she was very delightful. Extremely friendly and had a positive fun personality.We ordered the volcanoe kimchi fried rice and bulgoghi with rice. Very good dishes. Taste was spot on. “Delicious farm to table restaurant. Recommend making reservations especially on the weekend. I called on a Saturday right when they opened at 4pm and was able to secure a reservation at 7pm, which required a credit card on file and $35pp cancellation fee. The Grange is an intimate dining room with about six tables, adorned with beautiful art, dimly lit, and very cozy and welcoming. On Saturdays, they have a pre-fixe menu of $65pp which includes an appetizer, entree, dessert and choice of coffee, tea, or espresso. They have a small wine and beer selection, but no cocktails. We started with a Kentucky fried duck tenderloin appetizer and the lunar new year nachos. The fried duck was fried in a thick batter and served on creamy polenta and blue cheese. The lunar new year tacos was heavy on the rice, it would have been better with a bit more tuna. For entrees, I ordered the La Belle Farm Duck Breast, cooked medium, and my husband ordered the HVCC Sliced NY Strip Steak, medium rare. My husband's steak was so delicious and nicely cooked. I thought my duck breast was a little too rare for me, but the dish itself was very good. For dessert, I had the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream which I really liked. Our server was nice enough to add a candle for my birthday, which was a nice little surprise. My husband had an apple crisp dessert with vanilla ice cream, which he also enjoyed. We also each had our own little pot of tea which was the perfect ending to our meal. Service here was very friendly and smooth. Lovely ambiance and great food. Perfect for a date night.”

“The most adorable cafe I've been to. The employees (owners?) were just as sweet. I was recommended a matcha latte with a shot of strawberry syrup which i didn't see on the menu and really enjoyed. The food tastes great, service is prompt, and its biggest flaw is how far away it is from my home. Trust the high reviews that this place has, it's there for a reason.”

“We love this fabulous restaurant! We've been there many times over the years and it is consistently wonderful each time. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is warm and inviting, the food is always delicious, and they have wonderful red and white wine sangria which we always enjoy. Last time we were there, I inadvertently left a belonging on my chair, and the staff was so kind and gracious they actually mailed it back to me at my request. They really went above and beyond the call of duty, and were so kind about it. Grappa is always truly a wonderful experience; you really feel like you've enjoyed an authentic meal in Italy. We will be back again soon!”

“I drove past this, and I was like, I need to make a U- turn and check that place out. I pulled in, and I thought this place was closed because it was so dark inside. My mother and I checked this spot out, and we were very surprised at how it looked inside. We couldn't decide what to get basked good wise. We decided to get an assortment of different types of baked goods. My mother was surprised that the first cup of coffee was 25 cents, and then after that, it would be $1.25. Everyone who worked there was very nice as well and explained what the top selling items were as well. Overall everything was very delicious and it smelt amazing in there. I highly recommend going there and checking it out.”

My wife and I are extremely happy to have the owners creativity and extremely high standards shine in her brick and mortar space here in Warwick - rather than in Brooklyn or somewhere else similar. Both the ferments and drinks, as well as the bakes are really worth trying, as well as other seasonal items (e.g extraordinary kombucha in the summer). “This place is amazing. The smash burgers are delicious. The deep fried dogs are delicious. Their chili is delicious. Fries are some the best I ever had. Onion rings are great too. They don't do anything bad here. And they have taylor ham jam which is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. I've been here half a dozen times and never left disappointed. “Had this place for the first time today. Drove only 15 minutes to it. Honestly, was greatly surprised by how great it was. Had chicken and waffles with a side of French fries. “A hidden gem in Warwick, NY! We came across this restaurant a few months back when my family was looking for a place that could offer safe food alternatives.
