“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“This is the first Dunkin I brought my grandma to since she moved to the US with me and she’s loved Dunkin’ Donuts coffee ever since. And we’ve been to other Dunkin branches, but she says that this location has the freshest coffee and their bagels and always soft. “The location and area are clean. I just ordered a large black cold brew with no ice and got charged an extra $1.50 for no ice. There was no warning about this extra charge either. Whenever I order an ice coffee, I get more ice than coffee with no discount, so yes I feel a little salty but the coffee was good.“

“Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.“

“I went in at 1:15am, and there was only one employee that I knew of working at this time. Granted, I was the only customer, and I imagine they rarely get much business during these hours. Still, the present staff was friendly and quick, and food still delicious.“

Parking: it gets kinda crowded cause of the bar next door but it’s still good

“Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. This location does well, and it may be off the main road but worth it to not have a problem with every one item order.“

“This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. Since i was living here in Edison alone that's why when i saw all the known faces of the employees I felt good. Looks like they are kind of my unspoken friend.

The frozen coffee was amazing 😍🤩 but I thought it was super bazaar that there weren't ANY garbage cans outside to throw away ur cups or containers?! 🤔 At least one would be great. “There are many dunkin donuts in the area but this one is a favorite. No drive through since it is inside shoprite but the staff are friendly, and always make the drinks well. I seem to always have issues with other locations namely because quality can fluctuate wildly depending on whose making the coffee.“

“Consistently correct orders and the food is well made. I drive an extra 5 mins to work to hit this dunkin vs the one on 18. That one has given me so many wrong orders and cold sandwiches that I've given up on it. This one however, always great.“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“

His staff is so sweet and it's fairly close to his office) and I found the workers to be very pleasant. They appeared to be having fun, laughing and taking with each other yet still very efficient. I was in and out quickly.Not a huge selection of donuts (I've noticed not many of them have a big selection anymore) but they had everyones favorite, basic donuts on the shelves.“
