“We stopped here after supper while on a work trip out of town. Everyone was really kind and amiable! We got to know the beer maker, and he's a really pleasant man. The beer was excellent on its own. The brewery had a very laid-back atmosphere. They have a lovely outdoor space with fire pits for sitting. I strongly advise you to visit if you're in the region and enjoy beer.“

“My husband and I were walking around Princeton in intense 90 degree heat and we hadn’t been to Triumph yet so we decided to stop in for a drink and to cool down. We went to the upstairs resturant and WOW were we impressed. The bar, lounge, and main dining room are just stunning! Even the restrooms were well done and clean! There was a jazz band that went on at 6 pm in the lounge and they were great, not too loud, just perfect. We ate at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, our truly exceptional bartender and server for the evening. As amazing as the restaurant was and as amazing as the food was, she was even more amazing and just added so much to our experience. She’s friendly, kind, pays attention to details and checked on us many times as well. We honestly feel like we made a friend tonight!!! We will definitely be coming back with our family and we definitely want to see Jackie again!!“
