“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “My sister and brother-in-law, who live in Jersey, stopped me at Morgan's before we hit the turnpike to take me home to Delaware. Wow, I was so impressed by the flavor and the portion size. Honestly, they have the best curry goat and oxtails I have ever had; and the seasonings are perfect. I will be going here every time I come to Jersey, and that's a promise. You have to go there!“

“My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Tavern on the Lake for Hightstown, our 150th town.

Great eats and comfort food in a place that is at the center of the town. They have a fantastic beer selection on draft that rotates over time. For the fall season, we had a Hot Toddy and Spiked Cider. The French dip sandwich and crab cakes were great.

When there's warmer weather, they have a great outdoor patio too!“

“An excellent variety of wines to taste, both local and more well-known varietals and both dry and sweeter styles. Though most of the wines were not to my taste, they were well-integrated wines and the person serving was extremely knowledgeable. A wonderful setting with outdoor space, where we were fortunate to find a guitarist/singer entertaining on a beautiful afternoon in central Jersey. Only the tasting area itself marred the experience; it was too small and too loud and not adequately staffed.“

“This is my third time visiting this A2B and the food has been consistently good. The parking is private and plenty of parking available. As you enter the restaurant, the ambiance is so pleasant and welcoming. The staff greets and gets you seated. The menu is via app and is very easy to use.
We ordered Veg thali for dine in Then ordered Crispy corn, Veg Kothu parotta, vegetable fried rice and Idiyappam with coconut milk.
The Veg thali meals was good portion and came with rice, Roti, Sambar, veg kurma, Rasam, yogurt, a desert, few sides of vegetables like spinach dal fry and sweet potatoes. I missed the Puli Kozhambu instead got the Mor kolambu. Overall the taste was spot on for Southindian meal.
We did order some snacks for take home and they were perfect and fresh. The take order took very long and we got to know that Idiyappam will take longer and had to cancel that.

He made Singapore noodles and Infused it with the perfect spices and it was ohhh so Scrumptiously delicious ? Dustin, not only is owner & Manager of Princeton PF Chang's, Talented gourmet Chef with a Heart ❤ of Gold!!! “Mi Espana is outstanding! Totally blew us away! Absolutely fantastic authentic home cooked Spanish food!! The caldo gallego (soup with greens, pork, white beans & potatoes), sopa pescado (seafood soup), chicken paella, pulpo (octopus with vegetables), and torta dessert were all fantastic! The chef clearly loves what they do and you can taste it! Great service too! Better than the Spanish restaurants in NYC, N. NJ & Philly and very reasonably priced! Can't wait to go back!!“

“We went to dine with this rag tag restaurant and the experience was awful. The waitress had no teeth and asked my son for his? At first we thought “hey maybe they are joking” then all of a sudden. They lady grabbed his front bicuspid. Needless to say - at that point we were concerned. Because we had a long day we were still hungry. So we stuck around. The next thing you know. The toothless individual brought another toothless friend and tried to get my tooth as well. At that point. We know. Time to get out of here. We were cooked. Unlike the food at this gross place.“

“First time here! After a long morning, I decided to explore the area and stumbled upon this restaurant. Walking in, i noticed the restaurant was very organized and clean. “Consistently excellent food and atmosphere“

“This place has really gone down hill. I think the reason they keep it open is because it’s right across from the movie theater and they have a captive audience. Most of the time, you can walk right in and sit, but the good times end there. Usually, they take forever with orders, the food comes out wrong or has been sitting in the window for 10 minutes and comes out like something from Wawa’s hot and ready food by the checkout. The waiters typically look like they’re running around blindfolded serving 20 tables on their own even though nobody is there. The drinks are yummy like Willy Wonka Made them, and I like the brownies and Jack Daniel’s chicken even if they don’t call it Jack Daniel’s anymore. At least they serve food late unlike the tavern downtown. Five stars.“

“So glad we stopped in! Woodys was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Walked in and felt like home. Our server Chelsea was such a puddin’ start to finish. The hot turkey sandwich and waffle sundae put me into a perfect food coma. Best stop on our trip. Much luck to you!“

“Today was a cheat day for me to enjoy carbs. I am traveling so i did a quick search for an Italian/pizza place near me, and found this pizzeria. So glad i did.. the meatballs melted in your mouth with a delicious sauce accompanying. Our table also enjoyed a meat calzone, gnocchi and a rice ball ( all freakin delicious!!). Our server was spot on, friendly and attentive to our experience. It doesnt get any better than this. 5 stars. Highly recommend“

“Stopped for lunch with hubs and friends. We we're looking to share a pizza, this is NOT that place. Yes, personal size for dine in. We opted for sandwiches. 2 ordered the roast pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and both finished and raved how delicious 😋 Other 2 of us ordered the cheesesteak with LTO, red wine vinegar and olive oil, I added light mayo. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋“

Less than a week before the big day, on Labor Day weekend no less, I reached to Steve, and he was AMAZING! They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding and made everything stress-free. “Nomad Pizza has a delicious variety of pizzas cooked in a wood oven. I have been going there for years now and have not been disappointed with the pizzas, appetizers, salads and desserts. For the first time, I tried the wine. They sell Meadowcroft by the bottle or half-bottle at a high price. The red Zinfandel was the worst wine that I have tasted in a very long time. Both sour and tannic, I could not drink it. Do yourself a favor - enjoy the food but don't order the wine.“
