“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “My wife and I are on the #eatjersey challenge to visit and have a meal in all 564 towns of NJ. We chose Tavern on the Lake for Hightstown, our 150th town.

Great eats and comfort food in a place that is at the center of the town. They have a fantastic beer selection on draft that rotates over time. For the fall season, we had a Hot Toddy and Spiked Cider. The French dip sandwich and crab cakes were great.

When there's warmer weather, they have a great outdoor patio too!“

“An excellent variety of wines to taste, both local and more well-known varietals and both dry and sweeter styles. Though most of the wines were not to my taste, they were well-integrated wines and the person serving was extremely knowledgeable. A wonderful setting with outdoor space, where we were fortunate to find a guitarist/singer entertaining on a beautiful afternoon in central Jersey. Only the tasting area itself marred the experience; it was too small and too loud and not adequately staffed.“

“This is my third time visiting this A2B and the food has been consistently good. The parking is private and plenty of parking available. As you enter the restaurant, the ambiance is so pleasant and welcoming. The staff greets and gets you seated. The menu is via app and is very easy to use.
We ordered Veg thali for dine in Then ordered Crispy corn, Veg Kothu parotta, vegetable fried rice and Idiyappam with coconut milk.
The Veg thali meals was good portion and came with rice, Roti, Sambar, veg kurma, Rasam, yogurt, a desert, few sides of vegetables like spinach dal fry and sweet potatoes. I missed the Puli Kozhambu instead got the Mor kolambu. Overall the taste was spot on for Southindian meal.
We did order some snacks for take home and they were perfect and fresh. The take order took very long and we got to know that Idiyappam will take longer and had to cancel that.

“Seasons52 Princeton food is delicious and varied as its name implies. Service is excellent as is its atmosphere.Managers, hostest,servers and staff are hands on, knowledgable,friendly and accommodating.Highly recommended.“

“This place has really gone down hill. I think the reason they keep it open is because it’s right across from the movie theater and they have a captive audience. Most of the time, you can walk right in and sit, but the good times end there. Usually, they take forever with orders, the food comes out wrong or has been sitting in the window for 10 minutes and comes out like something from Wawa’s hot and ready food by the checkout. The waiters typically look like they’re running around blindfolded serving 20 tables on their own even though nobody is there. The drinks are yummy like Willy Wonka Made them, and I like the brownies and Jack Daniel’s chicken even if they don’t call it Jack Daniel’s anymore. At least they serve food late unlike the tavern downtown. Five stars.“

“On January 11th 2023, incredible Dustin, Once again prepared A sumptuous Gluten-free feast for me and a friend! He made Singapore noodles and Infused it with the perfect spices and it was ohhh so Scrumptiously delicious ? Dustin, not only is owner & Manager of Princeton PF Chang's, Talented gourmet Chef with a Heart ❤ of Gold!!! Also want to praise him on the delicious chicken lettuce wraps and amazing Spicy Chang's chicken he always remembers ti give me extra sauce in the side! Please give kudos to Zach who fixed the bill which was done asap and to let Patty , my delivery Angel know she was missed on 1/11 and none Other is like her she makes sure I have all the Extras and is sooo sincere and over the top service ?❤❗“

“First time here! After a long morning, I decided to explore the area and stumbled upon this restaurant. Walking in, i noticed the restaurant was very organized and clean. Our waiter Claire was very hospitable and very attentive with our questions about the menu. Food portions were excellent and the taste was amazing. Definitely will come back again“

“We went to dine with this rag tag restaurant and the experience was awful. The waitress had no teeth and asked my son for his? At first we thought “hey maybe they are joking” then all of a sudden. They lady grabbed his front bicuspid. Needless to say - at that point we were concerned. Because we had a long day we were still hungry. So we stuck around. The next thing you know. The toothless individual brought another toothless friend and tried to get my tooth as well. At that point. We know. Time to get out of here. We were cooked. Unlike the food at this gross place.“

“We wanted to try a new place and came across this restaurant, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best we've ever been to. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The host was super welcoming and seated us at a really cozy spot. Our server was great, really friendly and knew the menu inside out, which helped since we were asking a lot of questions. The food came out fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. We had the fish special and the filet mignon for our entrées both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. After dinner, we moved to the bar for a couple of after-dinner cocktails, and they were honestly some of the best we've had. The whole experience the atmosphere, the service, the food was just spot on. We'll definitely be coming back here again soon!“

The caldo gallego (soup with greens, pork, white beans & potatoes), sopa pescado (seafood soup), chicken paella, pulpo (octopus with vegetables), and torta dessert were all fantastic! We opted for sandwiches. 2 ordered the roast pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and both finished and raved how delicious 😋 Other 2 of us ordered the cheesesteak with LTO, red wine vinegar and olive oil, I added light mayo. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋“

“Today was a cheat day for me to enjoy carbs. I am traveling so i did a quick search for an Italian/pizza place near me, and found this pizzeria. So glad i did.. the meatballs melted in your mouth with a delicious sauce accompanying. Our table also enjoyed a meat calzone, gnocchi and a rice ball ( all freakin delicious!!). “I cannot say enough great things about Chef’s Rotisserie! The beef patties are our absolute favorite menu item but everything we have tried is great! Today, they forgot two of our beef patties that I paid for so I called them and they rectified the situation by personally delivering them to our home which is over 25 minutes away from them.
