“This was my first time eating from here and the food was fantastic. I would have given this place 5 stars, however they really need to update their menu online. In the picture below I ordered the teriyaki, chicken, and shrimp with rice. They gave me some vegetables on the side which was sautéed very well.“

We’ve celebrated many birthdays, reunions, and last-minute meetups at NDP, and I have never been disappointed by the food or the service. This is likely one of Jersey City’s best-kept secrets, and can rival any Michelin-starred or trendy restaurant across the Hudson. In a way, I’m glad NDP is still pretty low-key neighborhood food purveyor, but would be more than happy to see them really blow up and get the recognition and following that the extraordinary Chef Ruby deserves. “Omg this place is AMAZING! Definitely a new North Arlington favorite! The gentleman that makes everything are so friendly. They also accommodate you if you want to switch something for your dish. This is the second time I've been here and had the linguine garlic pasta ( they make it homemade too). The first time I only had it with shrimp. The second time I added grilled chicken and shrimp. I am obsessed!

Great atmosphere, owners, and service. Every time I come back I want to try something different but I stick with the pasta. It's my favorite!

I had the gluten free calamari and that was fantastic as well. The breading was seasoned well and it wasn't rubbery. That a must to try as well!.

My boyfriend had the grilled chicken, rice, and broccoli and everything was seasoned wonderful.

This would be about my fourth time here and this time I was put in the far back with a group of bratty kids and useless adults. I came with my husband on his bday and I can’t understand why they stuck us in a section with like 25 brats who decided they wanted to battle with their plastic toys IN FRONT OF MY VIEW. They should be in their own section and away from couples, friends, or even a family of 4. Any parties or whatever they were should’ve been in their own section it was unpleasant to hear these kids misbehaving and ruining our time. I barely could hear what’s going on or see because most of the time they can’t sit on their butts and the adult near us gave the excuse of “they are 7 years old” like so are my cousins and they arent brats like these. If they are told to sit they dont get right back up in 10 seconds.“

“We held our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at The Old Bermuda Inn on Saturday, 9/28/24. The venue is amazing. The staff, especially, the manager, Mike Deforest, were outstanding! They paid close detail in support of the planning phase and they provided exceptional service the day of our wedding. We had 175 guests and everyone had an amazing time! The venue, the food, the drinks and the service were all first class and the entire event (ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception) were outstanding!
The venue was incredible, the price was very reasonable and we're delighted we picked this venue to support our wedding!!“

“Visited a restaurant for the birthday party in May 2022. Clean, welcomed staff, good service, a lot of parking on the street. We placed an order. It was not too long, which is good because the reservation was for 6:30 pm and everybody was hungry. Appetizers were delicious especially both types of calmers. 3 people ordered NYS trip stakes. OMG! All 3 stakes were stingy. Nobody finished the stake. Medium and well done came up the same. Black color even tongue was black after eating the steak. It's because when cooked the steak did not clean the grail. Also, I recommend checking your receipt. We found 3 items that we did not get on the table for a total of almost $80. One of them we never ordered, and two newer ones were delivered to the table.“

I was waiting for a call to come back in to pick up my order, but the lady said they had the wrong phone number.
Then I had the wrong item for one of my selections, but it wasn't anything to go crazy over. Hiccups happen, but I hope to pick up service and don't decline in quality. Bc one day, we were sick, ordered through Uber, and it was garbage in all sorts of ways. I live in pa, and on my way from work, I do pick ups and almost always no disappointment.
I wish they open up in pa where I am. I'm sure they will thrive! Other restaurant owners came down from the area, lol

Parking: It's so packed on Sundays that no parking may have to find parking on the street, but many spots it's a very popular spot.“

“I have never been an Applebees person but I went there with my granddaughter and found that the food menu is better than it used to be. I had the shrimp and sausage with penne pasta. SO GOOD…
The drinks are still a bit “weak” but they were good tasting. The service was good too considering that our waiter had a whole section to work by himself.

“So after being in New Jersey and going to about 8 bagel shops, I guess this is the one. So... I pull up and the first thing you will notice, parking is an issue. Luckily, people are coming and going so it took around 5 minutes to attain a parking spot. From the look of things, there may have been a parking lot in front of thee establishment before but it would seem that they decided to fill the parking lot with outdoor seating. From speaking to a patron, I understand because he told me that he always walks to the place. So on a nice day, I suppose the outdoor seating is great. You go inside and it's a small space and they have a few tables and chairs inside as well.

Inside and I'm in a line. Probably about 8 people ahead of me. I'm already thinking that these bagels must be damn good. Took about 10 minutes until I put my order in. In total I spent about 25 minutes at this spot. As I'm leaving, there are more people in line than when I got there. Just from seeing the bagels, they look soft and fresh. Just happy to have found the place. I get home and the bagels are just as good as they look. This clean bagel shop comes highly recommended and will be back! Great job guys!“
