“Tracy was out waiter. She was fantastic. She gave us the history of the restaurant and made some great suggestions. I'm not a huge guac fan but the tuna tartare with that layer of guac on top was fantastic. The steak frites were excellent. My husband had the dry aged burger, it was juicy and tasty. It was our first time there but it certainly won't be our last.“

“Good place to eat, located on the main street in the city of Maplewood. Outside there are several tables and chairs to sit in the summer. The atmosphere is good and the service too. The food served is satisfactory to the customer's taste.“

The smoothies are out of this world too—smooth, refreshing, and made with the best fruits. I come here for lunch everytime I'm in town for work because the food is consistently amazing, and it keeps me energized for the rest of the day. “Delicious food. Great service by Sydney! It started with amazing honey bread at the table. Flatbreads yum, especially the one with fig topping. Muscles, tuna tartare, noodle flush, brussel sprouts, calamari salad, and more! All yum! Would absolutely go there again. We had 8-10 people and the service was excellent.“

“We had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and were lucky enough to have Bella as our waitress. She told us right away that she was new and still in training, so my sister and I joked that we'd be extra nice to her—but honestly, she didn't need any extra help!

Bella was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She took our drink order promptly, answered all of our questions about the menu with confidence, and kept a close eye on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and genuine care made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We live in Maryland and Florida, so unfortunately we probably won't have the opportunity to dine here again. “Highly recommend! We had our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf Course in the summer of 2025. The day was everything we could have hoped for and everything went so smooth! We worked with Emily throughout the process and she was great to communicate with. Any questions were answered right away. We wanted a venue that had both inside and outdoor options and loved that it had a covered patio for use all night. Ellis was our day of coordinator and both of our bridal attendants made the day run so smooth. Our guests loved cocktail hour and dinner. There was a great amount of food we went with the seafood station, pasta, Brazilian, and Chinese. We also did the breakfast sandwiches to go for the end of the night! The golf course made great photo backgrounds as well. We had the best time and would do it all over again if we could!“

The menu, from the drinks to the entrees, put a fun spin on familiar dishes—just enough to be unique without deviating too much from traditional favorites. Seafood Linguine in Garlic Sauce, steamed clams, mussels, grilled salmon, and lobster tails with crabmeat stuffing (seasonal). If you don't see something on the menu that piques your interest, just ask your server if they can prepare it for you. What impresses me most is Greg's attention to detail, passion, and creativity in delivering exceptional, high-quality food, ensuring each guest feels welcome and appreciated.
