“This is my third time sitting at the bar for a perfect 20oz Ribeye and a beer. Each time I was greeted at the bar with a smiling face and nice personality. While eating I was attended to no mater how busy she was with others and the servers. Michelle the bartender I greatly appreciate your excellent service, friendliness and smiling face. “It would be easy to overlook this place. It’s buried way in the back of a strip mall. The interior ambience isn’t anything to brag about, either. Yet it is a true gem with amazing food at good prices and excellent service. My wife and I each ordered pizzas. She got the 12” Chicken Pesto and I ordered the 12” Meat Lover’s. Both came out promptly. It was amazing, the best pizza I’ve had in years. I can’t say too many good things about it. Everything was in perfect harmony, a symphony of umami and cheese. Meatballs, sausage, bacon. It had it all. Each bite a delight. My wife also loved her pizza. We stopped in on a Monday on the way up north for a show. There were a few tables occupied but I would imagine it probably gets busy on weekends. Even so, I would make a point of stopping in here again next time I’m passing through the area at dinner time.“

“First time here and great experience! Outdoor dining only. Food is unbelievably fresh and tasty! The porta potties are upgraded bathrooms and surprisingly clean. Off street parking but not bad. Outdoor patio is going to be extended over the dunes for 2025. Can't wait to go back next summer!“

“I was here when they first opened. it was not really "for me". Recently tried it again and loved it. I am vegetarian and my friend is vegan. we found options. Really enjoyed the eggplant sandwich. Would love more options (saw on one of the burger challenges a portobello on a burger, so loose the beef and just do the portobello) then I would definitely be there more often. Plan to check out the events that they have in the winter. So nice to have a quality and nice place locally to go out to at night.“

“Went during the week and place was not too busy. Parking available in nearby waterside lot. Waitress was friendly and attentive, menu food and drinks with lots of options. Service was quick and portions generous. Mahi Tacos with fries was delicious.“

Have been to the original in Brooklyn many times over the years but this was our first time at Gargiulo’s in Tinton Falls and it did not disappoint. Spoke to Theresa at the end of the night and she was very welcoming and sweet. We will DEFINITELY be back! Not one negative thing to say about the entire experience.“

“We’ve been going to Illiano’s nearly 36 years. It’s been great since day 1. We usually do takeout and find the pizza, subs and garlic knots to be the best in Monmouth County. When we moved out of town about 3 years ago we tried to find something that was comparable and closer, but that didn’t work out so make the trip back just about every Friday night.
