“We tried Hook & Reel for the first time and enjoyed it so much, we went back 2 days later. The food was well prepared, delicious, and served hot. Yummy lobster bisque, I ordered a 2nd bowl after finishing the first! Fried calamari was yummy as well. The raw oysters were perfect and the boil with Hook & Reel's own Cajun sauce was outstanding. Our server, Moe, was friendly and very efficient; he makes your dining experience error-free so you can relax and enjoy the meal. The Manager here gets credit for a well-run ship! He really appreciates the customers and it shows. You will definitely want to eat here frequently. Great service, tasty food, relaxed atmosphere - you won't be disappointed.“

“I was here when they first opened. it was not really "for me". Recently tried it again and loved it. I am vegetarian and my friend is vegan. we found options. Really enjoyed the eggplant sandwich. Would love more options (saw on one of the burger challenges a portobello on a burger, so loose the beef and just do the portobello) then I would definitely be there more often. Plan to check out the events that they have in the winter. So nice to have a quality and nice place locally to go out to at night.“

“It was very busy so we chose to sit at the end of the bar which affords a nice view of the water. The food is always excellent. and my drink was too. The bartender was really helpful in picking it out. We always enjoy the Armory and my husband is an extreme fan. We always sit outside. For us that is the charm of the place.“

“This restaurant really is great…I went here for the first time to get prices for the catering for my wedding and they actually took their time to sit with me and my fiance and go over the menu and what they make..The owner and his wife was very professional and very kind.Also while we was there they even offered us coffee..After we had finished placing the catering menu and content with the pricing of the catering i decided to get a plate to go and i went home and devoured it..I am pretty sure my guests will have seconds at my wedding!!
