5 Best Coffee Shops in Howell

“I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.“

“I’ve lived in Howell for a while, first time there, nice Kosher coffee house! I had an Ethiopian coffee coffee and a cinnamon bun... very tasty. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, pleasant guests. My wife and I will be back!“

“A friend told me to try it and I am glad I did. Great service first off. So friendly and they even gave my son a toy while we waited for our order. They had soft bagels that I enjoyed. The pork roll egg and cheese was nicely done. Only critique is they should have cooked the pork roll more. The marie bagel was delicious and unique. I think it had sun dried tomatoes in it. The food looks fresh and the staff cares. We need more places like this one!“

“I have only had açaí/pitaya/dragon bowls here but I’m a big fan. I’ve been to other establishments and chains and this is by far the freshest and most appetizing. The quality shines though. The fruit toppings are cut small and are fresh . I wouldn’t say you’re welcomed with exuberance when you walk in but it’s not a bad vibe either. Maybe it could be better , but it’s like going to a doctor with great expertise and nice enough bedside manner. U don’t switch for that.“
