My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “I came here for first time today and love this DD .The people are courteous and the atmosphere is peaceful . The food was good I had a cheese and ham croissant and a blueberry muffin heated with butter . I had a cold vanilla iced coffee and I tried the mango pineapple tea drink it was not too sweet and I drank the entire drink .They have good wifi and sat down there to eat and drink. It is right in strip mall and next to a Peruvian restaurant and other side is a smoke shop. They have alot of parking and they seem to go fast through any long lines so that was not a problem.“

“I recently visited the Dunkin located in Scotch Plains, NJ, and I had a mixed experience that I'd like to share.First and foremost, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. “Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. But it still isn't annoying enough to prevent me from returning again.“

Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Parking: Parking is a little tough here usually you have to double park to run in side fast.“
