Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Irvington

“Thanks so much to Ashley and her team here at this Popeyes. I often come to this Popeyes and usually don't have any issues. last time I went and bought a family meal, we later realized when we got home that there were two pieces missing. I'm sure it was an honest mistake because it was a very busy night so I didn't want to make a big deal about it and we just did without the missing two.Fast forward 2 weeks later on a Sunday, me & my dad arrived to make an order, and I spoke to Ashley at the front desk.After making my order & paying, I let her know; I'm not complaining, but last time I ordered, I was missing a couple of pieces of chicken, and was only asking if the team could just double check that I have the right amount today before adding. She was very understanding, and not only gave us a few soda's while we waited on the house, but also gave us extra chicken and was so nice about it!We didn't ask for anything extra, (the food missing from last time) nor did we expect it. She did it out of the kindness of her heart and that's a gesture you almost never hear of here in jersey, and I'm truly humbled by the gestureI don't usually leave reviews, especially in fast food restaurants, but Ashley seriously did such an amazing job and went above and beyond in customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could! It's not about the extra food I got, it's the principal of the situation, her handling of it and the customer service and on top of that, it's not something she had to do or was even expected and that's honestly so rare that I had to make a review about it! I will continue to come here as long as I can! Thank you so much Ashley & her team, and Popeyes for having such an amazing staff“

“Placed a very large order for delivery and only half of the order was delivered. I called the restaurant on Mill Rd in Irvington. I must admit I was a bit irate because this isn’t the first time this has happened and I had 3 hungry kids looking at me! The manager, Youssef was very professional and apologetic about the situation. He remade my entire order and made everything right!! His customer service is on point!“

“They drive thru jus way to long… I like this 1 cuz when I go inside and it’s my turn I like to rap and also mess with the employees using their voice speaker that suppose to help you hear each other due to the plexiglass from Covid. The speaker is usually loud enough that the whole staff + also the customers in line can hear
