“I've hit up Cynthia's more times than my waistband can handle, and let me tell you, the food is consistently amazing—mouthwatering, always the same great quality, and they serve portions big enough to make your grandma proud. Cynthia's is nothing like Chipotle when it comes to portion size; you won't leave hungry! Plus, the service is so good, I half expect them to roll out a red carpet for me.

I live out of state, but whenever I'm off to the airport, I call ahead either the same day or the day before, and they always hook me up. I used to detour all the way to Queens for some grub before flying out of Newark. But ever since I found Cynthia's, Queens is dead to me! I've saved $40 in tolls, and you bet I spend every dime of it on more Cynthia's food. Honestly, it's the best investment I've ever made—my stomach and I couldn't be happier!

I called and called some more but no one ever picked up the phone. Now the phone is disconnected. “I had an amazing experience with KB Smokehouse! The service is always great, and the food is absolutely delicious. Ariel, the receptionist, is the sweetest—so kind, professional, and understanding. I had ordered a catfish platter via Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the fish wasn’t fully cooked through. It was late, and since the restaurant was close to closing and I was still at work, I couldn’t go back in person.

I called the restaurant, and Ariel picked up. After I explained the situation, she handled everything with such care and made sure the issue was resolved quickly. Her customer service alone deserves a 10/10.

As for the food—it’s amazing! Their catfish platter is one of my favorites, and their prices are very reasonable. Overall, KB Smokehouse has definitely gained a loyal new customer. I absolutely love this place!“

“This place is excellent. I bought my friend from Japan with his family and was happy to take them to Cornbread for some authentic soul food. Needless to say my friend and his family loved the experience. They were finishing a road trip throughout the US and they thought the food at Cornbread was some of the best they had in their month long journery. The turkey wings were particularly good and I'm saying this as a person who is mostly vegetarian. Service was also excellent with attentive help and the servers were conversational and friendly with my friends and I. Bathrooms were also very clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Cornbread Montclair as a solid business and a great place for delicious Soul Food.“

“Amazing! We had so much fun visiting Medieval Times! I had been here as a child but it's been over 30 years and I barely remember much. No worries though, going as an adult was just as fun, if not more. My wife and I just had such a good date night. Prices were fairly reasonable for drinks, pictures, and souvenirs. Dinner was excellent, our server was absolutely amazing, and the show was so much fun. We both really enjoyed the falcon show and the beauty of the bird brought a tear to our eyes. “I’ve ordered a few times all great experiences. Today I ordered in store at the kiosk and picked up, got home and although i got two combos (lamb k jerk chicken) upon eating the first few bites I realized both were only jerk chicken. I called however their voicemail isn’t set up. I wish someone could call me back and offer some kind of assistance/ discount 😩

UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me immediately after my original review, apologized for the mix-up, and offered to make things right by replacing our two combo platters.

I stopped by Saturday night and showed the staff the email. They immediately knew what I was referring to, apologized again for the previous experience, and took care of my order with no hassle or confusion. My food came out quickly, the customer service was great, and the food quality was great as usual!

I really appreciate how quickly they responded to my concerns and that the same level of care carried over when I returned to the restaurant. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions. You can also call ahead so it can be prepped ahead of time for you. I will definitely be back again!!“

From the second we sat down until the moment we left, he was outstanding. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the food and patient. He gave such great suggestions and I followed his suggestions. I got the quesadilla and my hubby got the rise and shine. Both were so so good! The quesadilla was DELICIOUS.
