“Headed home around 11:30 pm saw this spot and stopped for chicken. The two guys at the counter were so kind. There were only 4 pieces left, and one guy offered to make me fresh pieces if I could wait 20 minutes. I told him to bag the 4 thighs which cost me about $6 if I'm not mistaken. Got in the car, took a bite and almost burnt my mouth. It was hot, juicy, crispy and delicious.

My second visit which was around 1pm on a weekday was a little different. The two guys behind the counter were just as nice the chicken was just as crispy and flovorful but It was a little dry and it wasn't hot.

“Billy is the most amazing and nice guy! I arrived at the last minute before he closed and not only he was very nice, but did not allow me to pay for my hot dog. Simple, but great cleana and fresh hod dog to complement your walk in Central Park!“

“I went to a lot of restaurants in New York that were much fancier than this cart but this was my favorite food of the day. The cheong fun was gooey and had qq and a decent amount of meat. For $5 for the large, it was such a deal and fed three of us as a snack. I would go back in a heartbeat and order more. Wish we had this in Chinatown in Houston.“

“Such an underrated Halal food cart right at the heart of Wall Street Financial District. Rather than going out of your way to a fancy Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant, I highly recommend stopping by the Continental Express Halal Guys.

This is your no-nonsense New York staple, the Halal street food, and they do it very well here.

I got the Combination Over Rice, which consists of lamb gyros and chicken over rice and slathered with that delicious, signature white sauce plus a generous dash of spicy red sauce to boot.

So how does it taste? Like a gushing waterfall of yummy, earthy flavor and spices in every bite! It may look like a relatively small box, but it's dense in taste.

And on top of that, this is only $7.00 cash or $7.95 with card! You get so much for your money and you leave with a full, satisfied stomach.

“I’m sorry that I don’t have a picture of my food. I was so eager to try it because it looked and smelled delicious. I had jerk chicken and potato salad. I was not disappointed! I’m going back. “If you are like me and have not had delicious barbecue for a long time, you will probably find it quite good. It feels like a Cantonese barbecue flavor. The pork is a salty barbecued pork, and the king of kings is also a little salty. Others I ordered include beef, mutton, gluten, and chicken hearts, which were both good! I love charcoal grilling + fresh grilling. Remember to bring cash!“

“The auntie at this cart pays attention to the details and does not skimp on the sauce, she used a scissor to make small openings in the noodle for the sauce to seep through to the bottom, giving a nice coating of sauce to every part of the noodles instead of letting most of the sauce pile up on top. “Great little stall and hole in the wall type of find for freshly made tofu and soy milk. Got 3 tofu fa (dofuhua) and got a free small soy milk. They have other nice small Chinese snack offerings. “Easily the best Halal Food Truck in the area. The person running the truck (possibly the owner) is the nicest man around! Friendly, conversational, caring and genuine. I love when his truck is outside my work, makes my day, even if I just get to pass by and say hi!

“After leaving nearby Central Park, I stopped here to use their restroom and get a fresh coffee.
Both were great. The restroom was clean and well maintained & the coffee was hot and delicious.
The staff here is friendly and the place is decorated for Halloween.
There were some great food options here too, including waffles and ice cream.

“We came to fill our tummies with the best chicken rice in nyc (I’ve eaten pretty much every hainanese chicken rice there is in nyc, even Thai ones) but left with our hearts filled with warmth as well.

We can either our 1.5 yo daughter and upon realizing I was at the time alone with my daughter, he suggested we get a high chair which I was not aware was available. He went ahead and took the high chair for my kiddo and also went ahead to carry both trays of chicken rice to our table.

The kindness did not end there. During the meal, he noticed my daughter was not eating much of the chicken rice so he got his staff to come over to give us a half a bowl of chicken congee, which my daughter loved. He made sure the extra seasoning was put on the side instead which was a nice touch.

We were so touched by his actions and my wife was almost in tears by his kindness.

We gobbled down our chicken rice, my daughter finished most of the congee (which was also very tasty), thanked him and his staff for their kindness, and left with good vibes all over.

So if you ever see Christopher there, give that kind man a shoutout. What a wonderful human being. The world needs more Christophers. Be like him!“

“I don’t buy Mobile Cart food much , but this one was good . I just had a 5 min break and didn’t have time to go to a restaurant to order food . Rafiqis had no customers and quickly went and ordered. The price on Tyne right side of the truck isn’t the right amount . They increased the price and had a different rate on the front of the cart ..

Got felafel over rice .. felafel was fresh ….i actually liked their saffron rice . It was fresh and tasted good . They gave it with salad and some sauce on the top. Costed about 11$ , which isn’t bad . Quantity of rice was small but it was good enough ! My friends had lamb over rice and they liked it . Good experience overall …“

I've been visiting this stall for years and it always hits the spot!Definitely buy a couple packs of their noodles as well (ho fun, lai fun, and lo shu fun are my fave varieties!), they work great in noodle soups and stir fry dishes and store well in the fridge!“

“A group of four of us met here after going to see the tree in Rockefeller Center. The restaurant was very quiet at 4:30pm when we arrived. We were met at the door, by a woman who was possibly a manager or owner, with a warm greeting and seated immediately. The service and food were both very good. The music was fun and upbeat but we could still hear each other talking. Great find! Would definitely recommend!“
