“My first trip to Jersey lead me to Tinos and I am so lucky to have found them! Their cute outdoor dining area was shaded. Menu has tons of options - I had the Margherita pizza, Pinot and a cannoli! All are delicious and I can't wait to return. The pizza is the best I've ever had - crispy but still foldable thin crust, flavorful sauce, and top quality mozzarella and EVOO. My waiter was kind and attentive, who informed me that Tino still comes in and does things like weeding the plants. He also said that they are terrific employers. Not many places today hit all the check marks, but Tino's hits it out of the ballpark.“

“We were driving through NJ on our way to church, and my son didn’t want to eat the food I brought from home, so we stopped by this pizza shop and wow, the pizza was amazing and the place is clean. If you’re grabbing a bite around lunchtime, you cant beat the focaccia and sandwiches– but the rotating soups/stews on the menu are like a hidden gem. If you come earlier, get one of their delicious cappuccinos and a sampling of pastries. Pictured is a brioche filled with fresh ricotta and lemon curd. Just perfect!“

“Like always since 70's I have been going to stadium pizza. The food is absolutely delicious. The pie is excellent but I have one little complaint. Why do you only give two meatballs on that big piece of half of Italian bread? I remember the sandwiches being packed with meatballs? I was able to fit the two meatballs on half of the big piece of soft & soggy Italian bread?“

“Delyne is at the lunchtime counter. She split the huge cheese steak sandwich in half and split the fries so we could eat on separate plates. We did not even ask her. She is a nice friendly person. Even gave me water with ice. We sat outside and she also took our plates in for us. Food is excellent pizza pasta soup sandwiches beer and wine salads, etc excellent!!“

“I deliver for Uber Eats and drive Uber passenger as well. I actually met the manager and chef when they requested a ride home after closing up. They were such genuinely nice guys. The next day, by coincidence, I was doing food deliveries in the area and caught an offer to bring pizza from their shop all the way from Jersey City to Teaneck. It was such a long distance; with so many pizzerias between the customer and the store. I figured this must be really good pizza. I connected with the staff again. Sampled a slice. And I can vouch first-hand that this pizza is excellent. The bread had a wonderful combination of crispy surface with a soft interior. You can tell the sauce and cheese are homemade and never frozen just by the taste. And it always helps when the staff who work there are such good people who really take pride in their work. “I went with my wife and daughter for a few days. We ended up at the Grove every day for brunch and dinner. Staff was over the top amazing! Not to mention the food was fantastic! Now to the atmosphere…we are normally early in people but this place was so much fun with the karaoke and back to the staff, that one night we didn’t leave until midnight! So so much fun and gave us great memories! Added bonus, it snowed!!!“

“I always thought of this place primarily in terms of takeout but I had my daughter's first birthday there a couple of weeks ago and would be remiss not to share what a wonderful experience it was on all fronts. First of all, as other reviewers have noted the food is incredible. Every single person in our party raved about their meals--mostly pizza orders, but I had a hot sub and I could not devour it fast enough, it was so delicious. Quality ingredients and really authentic preparation. Beyond the great food though I want to highlight what a lovely experience we had at the establishment. The restaurant was so accommodating to our needs--they let us bring in our own decorations and cake, even let me come in early to set up, and it really made the day feel special and personal. Unlike most other places, they also let us relax and enjoy ourselves. We lingered for a while and at no point did they make us feel like we needed to wrap it up and leave. As the mother of the birthday girl it really meant a lot to me, and I don't think I would have gotten that experience anywhere else. Finally, I'd like to compliment the staff who took such good care of us--they were professional and friendly and continuously offered to help with whatever we needed. We were a party of 21 including four little kids so I'm sure at points we were a lot to take! But all we received from the staff were pleasantries and smiles. I'd recommend to anyone not just making this your go-to pizza place for takeout, but thinking of them for your next gathering as well. Or a meal out, it's not a frilly sceney place but it's got a cozy, homey feel that's perfect for intimate conversation and catching up. “I ordered their 24-in cheese pie and the chicken parmesan sandwich delivered. The pizza dough was excellent. If anybody knows Pizza the dough is the most important thing. The cheese was also very good on the pizza. they need a little more seasoning in there chicken parmesan sauce. Overall I recommend this place for take out orders definitely. And if you're going to order the 24-in pie it comes in two large boxes. Be hungry“

Their wings have just the right crispy texture and I'm impressed by their unique flavor options on the menu.
